I liked that it was available to a lot of public transportation to make it easy to get around the city. Friendly staff, and great place to stay at. The only downside is that a lot of the parades and manifestations would block the main road making traffic worse.

Great location and staff service. Only thing I didn’t like was the street noise all night. Hotel is located in front of Paseo Reforma, a super loud and busy area. Loud bikes, police and first responders sirens all night.

Friendly staff in Hotel past its prime.
Lovely staff in a hotel significantly past its prime. Pros- good price, comfy beds, very central location. Cons- poor plumbing and AC, fraying carpet and smeared, chipping paint, definitely don’t stay on the 24th floor as concert venue is just above it. Lobby and elevators are sprayed with a noxious perfume every few minutes. Main buffet breakfast is excellent but executive business breakfast was mediocre and dinner was inedible so don’t pay the extra for the convenience.

Hotel is ok, though I would not call it “luxury”. Area is very noisy. Hotel has no ramp inside at all to push your luggage through, only stairs. I even saw a couple having to carry a stroller with baby inside down the stairs!
