Hotel is located in a nice area. All furniture and building is very dated. It is definitely ready for new carpet and mattresses.

The property is in a good location. It's older but very clean. The staff was friendly. The issue we had was the language. Most of the staff didnt speak any English and those who did spoke very little. We weren't given any information about the hotel when we checked in and there was nothing in the room about the amenities. For example, we simply wanted to know the price of something in the mini bar and no one could help. The front desk referred us to room service and they didn't understand. There was no price list in the room. Eventually we gave us. Overall our stay was ok but communication was a problem.

Great location. We had a really nice continental breakfast with our VIP upgrade. I chose this hotel in part because it had good reviews of the beds, and we were pleased with the comfortable Beautyrest king size mattress. Showerhead wasn’t great, nor was the coffee maker in the room, but there is a Starbucks in the building. Would stay again.

Central location in Reforma. The hotel is well run. The area has a lot of noise from the street as you are in the heart of the business district—just something to consider about the area, not the particular hotel. Staff is great.
