I called 3 times from the airport to organize the shuttle and after no shows I was told there isn’t a driver and must take a taxi at my expense. No heat in the room and hot water was only warm. Was charged US$34.00 for a club sandwich and 2 beers. Overall very disappointing for an expensive hotel.

Very good service, very attentive and friendly staff. We stayed one night to take our connecting flight the next day, the proximity to the airport and the included shuttle was perfect for us. Delicious food options. The fact that we could stay with our pet was wonderful too. Nice overall experience at the hotel. Highly recommended! Muy buen servicio, el personal muy atento y amable. Nos quedamos una noche para tomar nuestro vuelo de conexión al día siguiente, la cercanía al aeropuerto y el traslado incluido fue perfecto para nosotros. Las opciones de comida deliciosas. Great hotel with airport-transportation. If your at the airport and looking for their office to request transportation their office is very small and a little hard to find. Its by the door/puerta 4 that leads outside. The office is inside by that door next to starbucks. Great stay we booked again in December.
