The location is a hotel shuttle ride away from Mexico City airport. The reception staff speak English. There is a bar, Starbucks and a dining room with buffet setvice if you choose it. Safe and secure. The shuttle office, Terminal 2 is located inside on ground floor between doors 3 & 4. Overall a good choice

We had a bit of an issue with the shower but the staff provided an alternative and moved us almost immediately. Staff is friendly and attentive. The coffee machine at the bar broke during my stay and was not able to get a "Starbucks" coffee so had to resort to "regular"

The staff are excellent and very helpful. The property is clean, although a little dated. Everything you require is available and the beds are comfortable. The outdoor space is like a little oasis in the middle of the city.

The property was nice and clean, location was ok, it is right next to the airport. Staff was nice overall, my only complaint is the lack of Tourism enthusiasm or knowledge from the staff. It would be nice if the staff could make solid suggestions for places to visit, eat, maybe provide a map, point out main attractions, etc.
