Never again!
I had an allergic reaction to whatever detergent they were using and had to check out earlier than reserved. What a nightmare of checking out. They first said Expedia was charging a night for penalty but it was the hotel charging a night for penalty! It's not like I just wanted to change hotels, I had physical problem! I haven't gotten the rest of the refund back yet either. Good thing hotels.com came through with credit for me. Never ever use this hotel. The mgmt never answers any calls or emails.

A really lovely hotel in the beautiful neighbourhood of Condesa. Lots to do around the area, and the rooms themselves were very comfortable and modern.

This hotel offers breakfast which was a bit more than a continental breakfast, It was mediocre. The hotel definitely needs to be updated. There is 1 elevator that is very slow so we always had to take the stairs. The floor from the rooms were dirty, spider webs on the floor boards. They don’t clean the mini fridge. We had to toss out old food that was left by prior guest. Housekeeping staff kept leaving our sliding door open that anyone that had access to back balconies could get in your room.

The hotel is well located, the area is safe, and the rooms were spacious. Breakfast was great. The road outside is quite busy and the windows don't block the noise well. But with earplugs I was able to sleep, and the road was quieter at night.

The room was spacious, contemporary design. The bathroom all glass doors so not a lot of privacy. Great breakfast with very nice view. Our room was noisy since it faced the street traffic.

Lovely stay at the FlowSuites. Staff great and was very grateful for their excellent issue given my poor attempts at Spanish. Room was a good size. Breakfast was basic and tasty. Location great for sightseeing.
