Our stay here was great. Staff was very friendly and ready always ready to help and answer our questions. The AC in our room wasn’t working, we let front desk and they said they would send someone up. They weren’t able to repair it at the time but they quickly moved us to another room. We will definitely be staying here again.

Unclean room and poor service
I previously stayed at this hotel in 2023 and had a good experience, so I returned with high expectations. Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing from the start. After arriving at 1 a.m. following a long flight, I checked into a room that hadn’t been cleaned. There was urine in the toilet, hair in the shower, and an overall lack of cleanliness. When I requested a different room, I was given one without an apology, and my request for a small gesture, like a complimentary breakfast, was refused. The experience in the new room wasn’t much better. Housekeeping failed to provide bottled water on the second day, and it took three calls to the front desk before I finally received two bottles. Additionally, the hair dryer in the room was not functional. Overall, I was disappointed by the lack of attention to detail and the staff’s indifferent attitude toward customer satisfaction. After reading recent reviews, I see that my experience reflects a pattern of declining service. I hope the management takes steps to address these issues, as the current service level doesn’t live up to the hotel’s standards.

Great stay! Rooms looked exactly like the photos. Clean, modern, and nice staff. Door men at both entrances at all hours. 24/7 rooftop restaurant and room service. Washer/dryer came in handy after getting soaked in the rain! Dove products in bathroom and new water bottles in the room every day. Only reason why it’s not 5 stars is because of the location. It’s in Tacubaya and NOT condesa sur (which doesn’t really exist) the surrounding area didn’t feel the safest but overall the hotel itself was great!
