Friendly staff, great location. Room quality could’ve been better. It had a musty smell, it was run down, the sofa had holes in the fabric, it was dark and the lighting they had in there was not the best. The picture and description said bathtub. it ended up with only a shower.

Hotel had a leak from the roof due to rain in front of my room, carpet was wet I asked for a room change, was told I needed to wait until next day. Then the new room I was switched to had a horrible smell of humidity. The stay there was not a good experience.

Excellent service! Very conveniently located two blocks from the zocalo. Everything is walking distance and Ubers pick up very easily right infront of the hotel. Staff was super helpful and amazing.

I did not know when the room would be cleaned or even if it would be cleaned that day. Later we were informed that we needed to tell them if the room needed cleanìng. If you get 2 towels per day, it makes sense you need to clean daily. I also informed the front desk of excessive noise in the lobby after 10:00 PM

Hotel is outdated and the rugs in the rooms are old/dirty otherwise, it's a conveniently located hotel. Staff is amazing!

Needs Improvement
The carpet in the suites and hallways needs a deep cleaning, it stinks. We use 2 different rooms because of our large family size. Both rooms had the same stinky smell. The sofa in the suite is too old and smells. Having breakfast was a challenge. The menu is limited to 6 items and around 9:30 am they did not replenish the trays. There were no cups, plates, or glasses. They had no personnel who could clean tables or assist the patrons. They had only 1 person who kept using the same dirty rack to clean off the tables. I believe 1 person to serve an entire place for the entire hotel is ridiculous. The breakfast place had dirty grease floors. This is the 3rd year that I returned to this place. I was surprised by the changes. I was not like that before. Overall I still like this hotel because of the good memories with my family and the overall services and location. The place is still beautiful and cozy. The beds are very comfortable and the shower is very good. The people who work there are very friendly and very accommodating. I will return one more time regardless of these last incidents.

I loved everything about it but… I don’t like the sound of honking traffic beginning at 6am every day. It’s quiet beginning at around 11pm. But hey, that’s city life… other than that the location was great, food, service etc…
