I had a wonderful stay at Histórico Central Hotel in Mexico City. Ana at the front desk was amazing—she assisted with both check-in and a late check-out, offering excellent and helpful customer service. Highly recommend!

This hotel is beautiful and has very friendly staff. It is also very close to some historical places in CDMX with plenty of shopping and dining options. The metro is very close too.

This was a great place to stay at. The staff was excellent and very friendly! The rooms are a little run down but overall no issues. Free breakfast was delicious. There’s a cafe open 24/7 and everything is free! They serve drinks and snacks. I felt very safe coming and going from this hotel. Super close to a lot of the tourist sites.

Excellent stay at this hotel while exploring Mexico City. The staff were excellent from the front desk to food service. A special mention to Guilliamo who was very friendly & helpful. The breakfast team were aways cheerful and helpful to guide our choices with excellent Mexican breakfast fare. The room was very comfortable and quiet and the bed was super comfortable. Overall i would highly recommend this hotel for those who dont want a soleless chain option.

We absolutely enjoyed our week long stay! The hotel is beautifully furnished clean and well maintained. All the employees were very friendly, helpful and serviceable. We really liked everyone working there, in all the shifts the 24 hours! The fact that a delicious full breakfast is included in the price and cafeteria opened 24 hours also included with the room was an excellent option for us with our hectic vacation schedule! Me, my husband and two teenagers felt completely safe and welcomed every minute we spent at Historico Central Hotel! We are definitely coming back and we are recommending this hotel to all our friends and family!!! It was worth every penny!!!!

El pasado mes de julio, mi mujer, mis dos hijos y yo pasamos cinco días maravillosos en el Hotel Centro Histórico. El personal nos hizo sentir bienvenidos constantemente, y el alojamiento era espléndido. Siempre que tuvimos alguna petición -- desde toallas adicionales hasta indicaciones para llegar -- recibimos el servicio más atento posible. Es nuestro hotel favorito de la ciudad y no vemos la hora de volver.
