The property is in a good location for transportation, but the surrounding feels unsafe. There are some homeless people sleeping on the entrance of the buildings nearby and construction on one side and a bar on the back. The rooms are not as shown on the pictures, doors are missing corners, the bathroom has mold and missing part of the walls. Towels and liners were tear. We only took breakfast once and the buffet was not good.

The room got cold at night and the AC/Heater system didn’t work, bathroom doesn’t have a fan or ventilation, but overall it was a decent place to stay

Kind of an ok place. Staff is great and friendly However there was a constant odor coming out of the sink and shower. Even with a few attempts from management to clean or add some product.

The stay was very good. Breakfast was great. Front staff was attentive, but like most young service people today other tasks(cell phone etc0 tends to distract them from thier main job

Our room was dirty. There were toe nails on the floor, hair all over the place, wall were gross and the restroom. OMG!!! The worst restroom I’ve ever seen. There were bugs all over the floor, Mold all over the place, super dirty, the shower was just disgusting and the toilet was beyond disgusting. It smelled like sewer. My husband and I did not take our shoes off for 4 days because we were afraid to get fungus on our feet. Every time we used the toilet we put 3 layers of toilet paper on the seat and hold our breath. I will never, ever stay at this hotel. Ever!!

Este hotel está a un costado de Paseo de la Reforma casi con Insurgentes lo que hace que tenga una excelente ubicacion para moverse dentro de CDMX. Tengo muchos años que es mi Hotel favorito de la ciudad y no lo cambiaria por ningun otro. Limpio, buen servicio y precio.

The area was safe, accessible transportation. Relatively close to entertainment and touristic attractions.great staff. First room had a horrible restroom with mold and had to ask for it to be cleaned, instead we were moved to a balcony room. Nice and spacious double bed room. Food was decent at an affordable price and varied with multiple buffet style food. Parking is valet, safe and locked. The area had been inhabited by homeless people. We did not see any, but graffiti was visible.
