Too old and needs refresh: a/c doesn’t work properly (maintenance manager pulled out and the unit had written on it “doesn’t work”) Restaurant staff did not care when had few guests, waited for drinks 20 minutes with two tables. We buy wine, and needed to request to be open Housekeeping was the exception to the rule

I like the attention from the desk... it was great. I did not like that you have to find the water for drink outside your room in specials spots. Come on... spend in a little bottle of water. Other thing the Air Acondition makes a lot of noise...it is impossible to sleep... so I had to open the little window fot to get fresh air in my room, well the noise from outsie was a little more acceptable.....

Hotel is very nice, staff friendly and great location. Down side for me is the bed was hard like rock so didn't sleep well but my travel companions loved it so each to their own.
