My family and I stayed here for a week, other then the poorly functioning air conditioning the only other complaint I have was that the floor was very sticky and the spot that was sticky was never cleaned even after house keeping supposedly came in to clean the room daily. That spot never got cleaned we slept in the heat every night because the ac never really worked. Overall it was okay if I came to Mexico City again I would not stay here. The other thing was that there was a large group of private school kids staying at the same Time as us, we could hear them playing music loudly and laughing and screaming all hours of the night.

Broken air conditioner
The air conditioner did not work the 2 nights I was there , I ask them if they could fix it and they went to look at it and told I need to turn it down and to call them if that didn’t work and it did not, I called them again and they never came . I stayed there before and never had any issues with this hotel .The room was so hot it was uncomfortable to sleep in. I think I will try something different next time .
