The building is older, but very well maintained. The staff are bilingual and really friendly. The room was clean, large, clean linens, nice water pressure, good hot water, comfortable bed and pillows. The neighborhood is safe, and close to tons of restaurants and bars. Transportation is also easily accessed. I would definitely stay here again.

The building is older but well maintained. I like it. It's got a classical style. The staff were great, the bed and pillows were clean and comfortable, the hot water was hot, and the room was spacious. The neighborhood Zona Rosa is fantastic. Your only problem is going to be choosing were to eat. There are great restaurants and bars in every direction. I will stay here on my next trip, for sure.

I enjoyed the surrounding neighborhood area. But I was not pleased with the front desk staff. Their shortness and tone in responding to questions was not kind and friendly. It was not one specific person it was at least two staff we spoke with during our stay. They came off rude and harsh. However, the staff that greeted us at entrance to hotel everyday were fantastic! Very friendly, helpful, and kind.

Great place in great part of Mexico City!
Hotel was well situated in Zona Rosa. Everything within walking distance. Rooms quite large so lots of room for everything. Not the newest hotel, but everything worked perfectly and would stay again if in Mexico City.

The hotel is very convenient to metro bus and many restaurants, but smells like sewer I address the problem and they did nothing only sorry, also the room next to my room was open and stinks badly I stayed 5 nights they didn't offer nothing.

When we arrived the hostess at the lobby wasn’t that friendly. The overall state of the hotel is good, however the bathroom has leaks and there is no noise cancelling. You can listen to everything going on in your floor.
