Excellent location in the heart lf this historic city. Close to museums, parks and jsut about anything youwant to see in the city withing walking distance. The free minibar, although limited, was a very nice surprise and replenished daily.

Ishocked to find the room I reserved for more than $250/nt. Had no window. This made my stay horrible. Natural light should be a given in a “deluxe” room. I would really like a credit for at least one night.

Found a small roach at breakfast buffet, had a rude employee ask if we were eligible to eat breakfast one morning, it’s the way she asked, hopefully the employees get trained in costumer service.
