This hotel has a lot of potential to be wonderful - and it would have been wonderful but there was no hot water. I know that’s not the fault of the staff…there seems to be a lot of construction but previous reviews have mentioned this, I called and told them and nothing was done. I don’t think anything can be done…I think this hotel truly does not have hot water. If you see this review and decide to stay just know you may or may not be showering with hot water. I sucked it up and did the cold showers (it’s good for you anyways…and used the blow dryer to warm myself up again before getting dressed. Aside from that, the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable and clean. As others have mentioned the bathroom design in the shower is horrendous but what can be done now about that. The staff especially the gentlemen who work at the front desk for luggage went above and beyond to make my stay wonderful.

It could work on improvements, make sure the shower soaps, shampoos, etc are always full, ensure all towels are provided without missing any, enough of that, the bellboys are excellent, great breakfast, varying every day and so succulent food, bars are great also, I would recommend this to anyone

The only positive aspect of this property is its location; the rooms look nothing like the pictures. Despite requesting a blanket multiple times, we never received one, nor were we informed that more blankets were unavailable. Our room didn’t even have a bathroom door, which made sharing with friends quite uncomfortable. Overall, I would never stay at this hotel again.

People from the front desk were not helpful. terrible room service. my dinner arrived incomplete after more than 1 hour waiting. Hotel needs repair. I was changed of rooms because the room was not adequate to sleep. Breakfast buffet was poor.

Hotel has a nice look, but it is poorly staffed. I was assigned a room with smelly pillows and insufficient towels. Safe did not work. I reported the issues immediately to reception and to the housekeeper. Pillows were replaced, the complete set of towels were supplied the following day and the safe was removed from the room without replacement the next day. Two days later, I had the same problem, for a two-person room they only assign one set of towels. It is a shame that a good installation be poorly managed.

Birthday Trip
The staff was friendly and helpful. All the staff were bi-lingual. The Bell hop Tony was super informative and showed me all the features in my hotel & room. The Laundry service was convenient & fast same day service. ( a little expensive though). Overall the hotel was a great value. The neighborhood felt safe & convenient to many things.
