Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
[staff]
Friendly and courteous from cleaning, lobby to restaurant
[Location]
This hotel is located in a plaza with nearly no restaurants therefore heavily dependent on NH Hotel restaurant or UberEats delivery.
[NH Restaurant] - Very poor selection and service
Very limited buffet selection for the price $300 pesos. The breakfast buffet staff wasn’t keeping up with making sure their buffet was filled with food and one time they simply ran out of eggs so we had to wait for them to get eggs. The staff serving coffee were courteous and keeping up our needs at the table with coffee. I would recommend you go to a nearby VIPS or TOKS since the NH restaurant is not worth it.
[Hotel Card Keys]
- The hotel card keys deactivate every day so you must stop at lobby to get them reactivated daily which is absurd for a 4 star hotel. They said their system deactivates them so its just an inconvenience
[Hotel Power Outages]
There were multiple times we lost power to the entire floor (not due to weather). The entire hallway to get to the lobby seemed like a Haunted Hotel but luckily it seemed elevators were on emergency power. I think a breaker had to be reset at least x2 times
[Hotel Room Issues]
The refrigerator wasn’t working do had to call maintenance. The shower head was broken at the connection to water pipe so a bunch of water was spraying out of the top. The room thermostat was programmed to not allow HEATING of room so it got cold at night which was unacceptable.
