Very pleasant and responsive. Had an issue with the TV remote at 10 pm. They responded. Could not fix the problem, but he graciously offered us access to the next room which was vacant so we could watch TV.

Great property! We felt very safe and cared for. Quiet, clean room with everything we needed. Great location if you are seeing a show at Pepsi Center WTC. Plenty of food and shopping near by.

La propiedad estuvo bien, cuenta con lo suficiente. Para hospedarte solamente agregaría un ventilador ya que no cuenta con AA y hace mucho calor no me quejo por qué fue un error mío no ver los servicios que tenía. Por qué el sr. Alberto estuvo en casa momento ayudando en todo. Tuve diferencias con la encargada de mostrarle el cuarto pero después todo se solucionó. Así que el lugar lo recomiendo.

2 de 3 noches tuve que esperar media hora para que me dieran acceso porque al parecer no se permite subarrendar y tienen que bajar por tí. Terrible cuando quieres entrar a descansar

No es una habitacion de hotel en realidad es la habitacion de un departamento. Algo asi como un Airbnb. Digo la neta no esta nada mal y el precio es muy bueno porque la zona es muy buena. Esta a una cuadra del WTC y tiene de todo muy cerca. La neta si me volveria a quedar ahí. El unico detalle que le veo es que tienes que llamar para que te dejen entrar y pues no hay sala de espera o algo por el estilo en caso de que el clima fuera malo y estuviera lloviendo. El baño es compartido pero todo desde la sala hasta la cocina son 10/10.
