Okay hotel
Nice hotel in the heart of the city so easy access to nearby places. However there were several small items which held it back from being a great stay, such as lack of fridge, poor lighting, small room, robes, etc. This is more hotel you'd stay at for work.

How Did This One Meet Novotel's Standards?
I usually enjoy Novotels. This one is poorly assembled. The shower in our room leaked all over the floor. The plug came out of the wall when I unplugged my computer. The coffee maker didn't work well. And why wasn't there more than one hook to hang towels to dry? The neighborhood is a little sketchy. In all, it is functional. Just not great

This place is clean, convinient, and centric. About a 10 minute walk on 20 de Noviembre takes you right to the Zocalo, or centro historico. Its safe, and quiet. Our room was clean, and spacious, the only complaint is that water spills out of the shower and floor gets wet. Overall a good stay.

I had a really bad experience in this Hotel. I got bit while being in both beds and ended up paranoid in the last 2 nights. My plan did not go as planned with the people I agreed to stay with and felt I was in over charged due to the changes which I was given wrong information for. Lastly, the towels in my room were dirty as if they weren’t wash (2) to be specific, thank god I had my personal one and so my mother. Overall, great area to stay in but not the best hotel. Won’t be coming back and won’t recommend either. I have pictures of the above if needed.
