The are of Roma Norte is lovely and the hotel is well located and has a charming decor, but it want very clean, there was no hot water and the rooms are on the first floor and face the street so it is incredibly noisy. Overall it was functional and safe but the noise and lack of amenities was a big deawback

Es bueno si vas de paso y no hay más opción, pero no para "descansar", por el tipo de paredes se filtra todo el ruido de afuera y los vecinos de cuarto que tuvimos hicieron demasiado ruido desde temprano (5 am). Entiendo que esto es circunstancial, pero fue una mala experiencia, además de que los vecinos del edificio de atrás estaban taladrando y bueno... entre una y otra cosa ya no nos dejaron descansar.

Buena opción si el día es de actividades
La atención, aunque no fue presencial, siempre fue muy oportuna e inmediata. Cualquier situación se resolvía con prontitud. La ubicación es muy buena, sólo considerar que las habitaciones junto a la calle suelen recibir mucho ruido (para quienes son sensible a la hora de dormir) Ha sido la 2da ocasión que elegimos esta opción, nuestros viajes estaban destinados a estar todo el día afuera.

Excelente estancia, Miguel es un excelente anfitrión, muy amable y nos apoyo desde antes del checkin. El lugar es muy bonito y muy limpio, la cama muy cómoda y la decoración muy linda. Definitivamente nos volveremos a hospedar en Hotel Kaktus la próxima vez que regresemos a Cdmx. Muy recomendable

La ubicación es buena, pero está vez que fui esa zona la note insegura, poco iluminada y había tramos en construcción. El lugar es bueno, pero con el calor si es un poco complicado, el primer día la coladera de la regadera estaba tapada, pero fueron a solucionar el problema de firma rápida :)

En general el lugar está ubicado en una buena zona, el anfitrión es muy amable. Si solo es para llegar a dormir esta muy bien ya que la recámara es muy caliente ya que no cuenta con ventilación natural , solo un ventilador dentro de esta, también cabe mencionar que no hacen limpieza de la recámara en tu estancia por varios días. Pero en General esta bien.
