A comfortable place to stay in Perisur area. Beds comfortable and staff friendly and helpful. Most dishes at restaurant are good. Nopal and Chile soup is very good.

Solid three star hotel
This is the hotel for a conference nearby. After flying all night i arrived at 11 and they claimed no rooms available for early check in. I had bfst and waited till 1 still no room so i went to the conference. Not everyone can check in after 3 hotels have to be flexible. The internet is the worst ive seen in a long time. Totally useless in my room on the second floor, in the restaurant and in the lobby. I think the hotel wants to sell you an upgraded internet service by giving you the worst possible one. I felt a lot of stress every morning at breakfast by the shortage of waiters. I cant have the buffet and must order a la carte. More personel might be needed. Everything else was ok but these three issues might mean my staying somewhere more accomodating.

Pretty average hotel, across the highway from a mall. The in-hotel restaurant has good service but the prices are a bit high and the quality of the food leaves a lot to be desired. I had dinner there three times, and at least twice my food was simply something that had been cooked before, then microwaved or flash-heated. My final night there I had the lasagne. The top layer of cheese was so hard I couldn't cut it with a knife. I pointed this out to the waiter. He returned saying that the kitchen told him that "sometimes the cheese gets hard if you don't eat it quickly enough after it comes out of the oven." I've worked in kitchens—it was typical of cheese that had been heated and reheated. Not worth arguing over. Despite half the dish being inedible, no discount was offered. There's an ATM in the lobby, but the bank fee on it is ridiculously high. Go across the street to the mall. There are several banks that offer better exchange rates and lower (or no) fees. It didn't seem that the staff was too on top of things. On one afternoon, I passed a half-eaten hamburger lying on the handicapped ramp leading up to the elevators. Later that evening I went downstairs to the restaurant. The burger was still there (it had been stepped on though) and it hadn't been cleaned up by the time I finished my dinner.

Unresponsive. Unprofessional. Manager nowhere to be located when request multiple times on multiple occasions. Had money stolen from my room $200 USD. $1,500 pesos. Had a double bedroom one bed was broken since the first day i arrived on my 5 day trip. They “repaired” it the following day for it to break again the same day. I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere before booking here if you want to go through the hoops.

I got a room and ac not working also safe was locked and can’t open, I reported both , went outside and came back a never fixed air condition, extremely hot could not sleep, next day I reported to front desk and they seems to did not care , the guy just said “I will report it” horrible place and service .
