This place is very unique. The room is huge and comfortable for the most part. The living room furniture however needs an upgrade.

Breakfast was great. And although it's an older property, it's well kept. My room card was hit and miss. Had to get help getting into my room at least 3 times over a 4 day stay. That was annoying.

The hotel has great location, however there is no AC, our room didnt had towels when we checked in and there was no hot water during 2 days. There is practically no staff, just a security guy at night and you can hear what is happening in almost all the rooms because the building is old and everyone keep the windows open.

Even though after our fifth day at the property we advised water was not hot enough after 7:00 pm, nothing happened until 2 days later when they finally called a technician to check the boiler. As a result, the boiler was down during the last two days of our stay (9 nights) while repairs were going on at the boiler. Further, after complaining to the Manager over the phone (she never showed up), she said that she was terribly sorry but as as the stay was prepaid, she could not do any reimbursement!!! I'm a frequent traveller for some decades already. If the above is not the most preposterous excuse I ever received, it for sure on my top 3. Very bad deal booking on Expedia and paying in advance. I'm very disappointed with Expedia and the hotel customer service.

El hotel esta muy bonito, aunque ya le hace falta un manteminiento mayor en cuertas areas. Las habitaciones son comodas pero los muebles estan ya desgastados. El baño no cuenta más que con una toalla muy delgada. La cama esta muy bien pero las almohadas son muy delgadas. El desayuno que ofrecen incluido es excelente. La cocinera es muy amable y el sazón adecuado. Hay un farol justo en medio del tragaluz principal que esta encendido las 24 horas y la luz se mete directamente a las habitaciones que dan hacia el tragaluz, lo que no ofrece un ambiente oscuro en las mismas. Sugiero apagarlo por las noches.

Tuve que salir de la propieded por no contar con agua caliente a media noche despues de esperar que el encardo solucionara el problema ,cosa que nunca paso por no contactar del tecnico para solucionarlo, por lo cual sali de la propiedad , y expedia no pudo tener un acuerdo para hacer el reembolso , yo le pedi a customer service de expedia que la primera noche la tomaran pero que regresaran el monto de la segunda noche cosa que no sucedio, es increible que un servcio basico no se puda dar una solucion y expefia doble las manos ante sus proveedores de servicio de hospeja
