El hotel es grande, no està mal, pero no volverìa, el acceso a huespedes es por un elevador q esta frente a elevadores de servicio, huele a basura, horrible. La habitacion tenìa el.piso desnivelado, como si el.edificio estuviera por.colapsar.

Hotel location is really convenient. Parking valet is also convenient. Seems to me they could increase the staff at the front desk to reduce the waiting line.

Nice location, poor service!

The four elevators in the lobby look very nice, but they are not very efficient and super slow. Most of the time I had to wait between 15-20 min to be able to go to the Lobby floor. Hotel maids start knocking the doors around 8:30 am, and in my case they did not cleaned my room the second day. Badroom smells bad.
