Overall, a nice property, however, many areas are not accessible for anyone with mobility devices. This was clear while attending an international conference, and having to take stairs to many of the spaces for different events.

We pid $90 dollars additionaly for all inclusive. We were directed to 2nd floor restaurant QA of food 2 stars. The last night we found out it was at 18th floor not 2ns floor. We were very disappointed. We will never stay at a Sheraton hotel

Amazing hotel and the staff were all super friendly and helpful. For the four days we were at the hotel it really started to feel like home. The area was very nice and felt safe. Just a block away from a lot of restraunts and the breakfast buffet at the hotel was amazing.

We had a good stay for it being the first time visiting Mexico City....Hotel was highly recommended by a family member who had been there earlier in the year. The only thing we had trouble, and it was reported twice was the the temp in the room. It was very unsatisfactory....hot when we first got there and throughout the 5 days, we were there...called front desk twice and once personally to the front desk but nothing changed.
