Overall my stay was wonderful, everyone was kind, available, and my room was spacious with comfortable beds. It's a bummer the spa was out of order as it's one of the reasons I booked, but I still had a great time.

The Staff we very professional and friendly and dynamic. We Enjoyed our stay. The location is very central, in one of the nicest and safest neighborhoods of Mexico City. The neighborhood is very walkable with everything you need within Walking Distance- Coffee Shops, Supermarkets, Pharmacies, Restaurants, Malls, Money Exchanges etc..etc

It is in a safe neighbourhood and they have 24/7 security. You get a huge room with kitchen, Nespresso, fridge, microwave, dining table, two tv's, etc. TV's were nice because they gave you English channels, Youtube, or boardcast your phone to it. Traffic in the area is terrible though. There is not much to do in this area.

The room was very big, spacious and clean. The beds however was too firm/ hard for our liking and the air conditioning in the room did not work very well. The restaurant staff were anlittle slow, but despite these littlenissues, the staff esp. at front desk, were very helpful arranging our uber rides and responding to our queries. The housekeeping ladies were also very good.

Large, clean room with spare bedroom and basic kitchen facilities. Safe area although terrible traffic. Friendly staff, good cleaning. Reliable WiFi. Didn’t eat there. Would recommend but shower area needs handrails for larger/older guests and looks a bit faded, but only slightly. VFM.

We stay here because it's close to family and offers reasonable rates for long term stays. Apartment-sized rooms with kitchenettes. The facilities could be better maintained. The lighting in the rooms is awful. Breakfast is average.

It's a very spacious place to stay with family. 2 rooms are very convenient and the family room is spacious too. Their weakness is the food and service at the restaurant. It's better to use uber eats and make yourself than use their service. On the other hand place is very clean and the location is very good and walkable.
