We loved our stay at St. Regis. The attention to service was a wonderful aspect of our stay that made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was thorough and was a great way to start the day. The area is very noisy, the cars are loud and always blaring their horns - its hard to sleep. The receptionists wouldn't give me a government rate and I receive a government rate all the time! My GOVT ID wasn't enough for them.

This is a beautiful hotel with a warm and helpful staff. We had a room with 2 beds and a sitting area. It was clean and well appointed. The maid service and turndown service was excellent. The hotel is in a busy street area and lots of drivers honk their horns. We ended up getting used to the street sounds, but if you are sensitive to noise you may want to ask for a room not overlooking the street. The breakfast buffet area was lovely. It overlooked the trees. There were many food items available. The gym was on one of the higher floors and had a beautiful view of the city. We ate in several of the restaurants in the hotel and they were great. I would definitely stay here again.
