First I wanna highlight what a great location this place offers which it’s a shame cause the place is really neglected, at least on the room we stayed, there’s a smell of sewage that keeps coming back after they clean even in the hallways, walls can benefit from a fresh coat of paint and, the very cherry on top was the mold we found in the bathroom which was called a water stain by the staff, not even blaming them I think they tried to be as helpful as the could but management needs to step up. Don’t waste your money on this place we ended up leaving after the first night as they were unable to change us to another room, asked for a refund but nothing, not even an apology from the hotel.

Hotel was great! Perfect location with plenty to do in the neighborhood felt very safe walking around the neighborhood as well. Lots of people around at all hours of the day hotel room itself was fine. Wasn’t the cleanest or Newest but absolutely no problems at all and would stay here again. We really appreciated having a refrigerator microwave in the room. The amenities like the gym, the laundry room and the deck were a really nice touch again. The price is great for what you get and would recommend to others.

Overall great hotel, excellent location and very helpful staff! However there is no housekeeping (unless requested and paid for), which sort of takes away from the essence and experience of a hotel.

The room was in good condition but not very functional Tiny bathroom, wasted space, unstable table, water control in the shower very difficult (too hot or too cold. Staff was very non-committal without offering any help. As a first time tourist in Mexico City some more spontaneous help would have been appreciated. A ‚house‘ was recommended that was twice as expensive as Uber.

Clean room, spacious with the extra room, walking distance to restaurants, bakery/coffee shops and bars. Very quiet, great free laundry room with plenty of machines, all you need is laundry soap. No problem with getting Uber rides.

Rooms are dated, terrible scratchy towels, no amenities to speak of. You have to pay separately for room cleaning, but they dont even show up until the evening. Location is nice but for the same money you can stay in a much better place

Room was okay and bed comfortable. The AC blow directly on you. Kitchen not too functional but will work in a pinch. Cleanish. Towels felt old and unfortunately the iron board was so nasty it stained my shirt. The main negative is the shower. They don’t have a modern temperature regulator in the sink. Meaning it temperature was hard to adjust and sometime spike cold or boiling hot while showering depending on water usage of other room I’m assuming. Had shower that went just fine but also got burnt a few time. I don’t think I would go again.

The two-bedroom suite with the terrace was perfect for two friends travelling together. The suite was extremely clean and was stocked with everything you needed. Whenever we ran out of Nespresso pods, the front desk always provided extras. The property’s amentiesbwere robust and well-thought out – free laundry, gym, business centres and a game room. The location was super central and walking distance to Roma, Condesa and Juarez. The amenities were great
