Excellent hotel in Roma Norte
We stayed here for 10 nights and highly recommend this apartment hotel. The room is well equipped - a Nespresso coffee maker, filtered water dispenser, full sized fridge and basic amenities in the kitchen, like plates, bowls etc. A supermarket is a 10 minute walk from the hotel and there are quite a few restaurants close by. Edmondo at the front desk is exceptional - he speaks flawless English & cheerfully answered all our questions and was a great resource. There is a laundry room for guests to use - no charge. The hotel is in a quieter area of Roma Norte with no street noise and within walking distance of Paseo de la Reforma and transit. Close enough to everything without the crowds or noise. The property, part of a chain, seems new and is well maintained; communication prior to arrival is excellent. Overall an excellent hotel choice in CDMX.

We had a great stay at ULIV Cibeles! The staff were really helpful, the desk was manned at all times which felt very safe. The rooms and common areas were really clean and well looked after. The room was quite basic but well furnished, and had everything we needed, including coffee and kitchen items and the fridge which was really helpful for self catering! It was a great location as well, with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops in a walkable distance. The gym and terrace were lovely as well. We'd stay there again! Thanks

It’s like living in a condo in the city. The location is great but they charge 20dlla for housekeeping even if you stay a week! Maybe housekeeping every 3 days should be free…. Anyway my family and I had a very nice stay

Modern property in a great, central location. When staff were available, they were all great. But you’re really left to figure out a lot on your own - I could never figure out the television. Maid service is available only as an add on, upcharge. If you’re ok with a DIY experience, I’d recommend it. If you want to feel more cared for or need some tending to, a more traditional hotel model is a better option.

Location of this property was its best feature. Great walking options for shops and food. The windows are not thick and so you constantly hear the noise of the city and the sirens all night long. While it must be common for ULIV to not include any housekeeping services, this was not known to us in advance and so we were disappointed that we did not have any clean bedding or towels during the week we were there. Also, when we decided to end our stay early because of the noise issues, we were unable to get any credit for the night that we did not stay, even with more than 24 hours notice. Again, this might have been a posted policy, just not something that we expected to have to suffer from. Would not go back there again.
