The refrigerator made a lot of noise, and the check-in was delayed until the room was inspected. This should already be ready upon arrival, especially when an arrival time is specified.

Great location and amenities were also good. Bathroom needed a good scrubbing. It was not very clean and water pressure was horrible. Also hot water kept running out. Bed was very hard! Needs better mattress. Staff was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Very helpful.

In general is a good place , for my family with 2 kids I appreciate the laundromat.The only complaint was cleanness. I am extremely picky with bed sheets and cleanness in general . The first day when I open the bed you could tell the bedsheets were not fresh and clean , and one of the pillows had hair and an eyelash. Also know they won’t refill coffee or toilet paper. You will need nesspresso pods.

Brilliant! Location is fantastic with lots of stuff nearby. The team at the hotel is super helpful - before and during our stay - and very friendly. Always quick to respond. Our room was well equipped and it was great to have some outside space, filtered water and a small kitchen with kettle, coffee machine, toaster, blender etc. We stayed there twice as it was perfect for what we wanted.

The location is great, I enjoyed exploring the area on foot, there are many nice coffee shops, bakeries, bookstores, designer shops, cheap and delicious street food, and elegant restaurants. The area around the hotel is very quiet at night, the noise may come from the neighbors who are not very considerate of others. The only negative that I would like to say is the bedding, especially the pillows, have some lingering smell of scalp oil after long-term use. Bedding is a consumable item of the hotel, and it should be replaced in time, otherwise it will reduce the cleanliness. It is worth mentioning that the hotel's customer service is very active and effective. You can contact them at any time, and they will follow up every step in time through their app after the booking is completed.

Roma Norte is an excellent location. There are many options nearby for restaurants, cafe’s, and bars. Cibeles fountain is very close where it is easy to book the hop on hop off Turibus.

Spacious room in a nice neighborhood
Stayed here for one week during the Formula 1 race. The room was spacious and clean and included a decently stocked kitchenette. Both rooms had air conditioning and a nice size balcony off the larger king size room. The only thing that felt odd was not having a TV in the living room (didn't really need one in the bedroom), and the bed was too firm for me. The neighborhood we were in felt safe and there were good food options that were walkable. All in all, I would stay here again.
