The hotel was beautiful inside and out, very artistic with an old colonial charm on the exterior and a modern artistic style interior. The staff were all exceptional! They were always ready to help. The amenities were perfect for our family. I would definitely book it again and recommend it.

We loved our stay at Utopic! The building, rooms, staff, and neighborhood were exceptional. The only thing we had trouble with was a plumbing issue, but that is to be expected in an old beautiful building. I think that they could also improve their breakfast as well, but, again, not a big issue for me. I really, genuinely enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back the next time that I am in Mexico City.

Perfectly amazing, and the staff are overly friendly and attentive. The rooms are gorgeous and clean, and the location can't be beat. We didn't realize there would also be an "Honor Bar" in the basement complete with a pool table for winding down the nights. Plus, the complimentary breakfast (with great green juice) was the perfect way to start our day. Definitely would stay again!

Wendy and the entire team, from the entrance staff to reception and housekeeping were incredibly friendly and welcoming! The room was spotless, and the balcony added a lovely touch. The decor throughout the hotel was beautifully done and created a pleasant atmosphere.

The property is beautiful, the rooms are a bit tight but overall very nice & clean. There is no air conditioning in the room, which can make the space feel uncomfortably enclosed and stuffy, especially during warmer days. I wished they had more options for breakfast like the fruit already cut, nesspreso machine or even a simple menu of hot meals to start the day. Everything else was great!
