Everyone made sure you had a good experience and were very helpful with anything you might need. We need a wheelchair for an elderly person and the hotel provided us one to use throughout the day in the city free of charge which was very nice and helpful. Would come back

Love this hotel! Employees are very accommodating especially Raul! Raul from the very first day has been very attentive, gave us a lot of tips and what to see around the area, very personable and knowledgeable with regards to the area around the hotel and the city. Hotel is pretty. Staff is pleasant but not always so attentive. Rooms are small and not much amenities. Buffet breakfast is good and convienent. Dinner was very limited and the area does not offer too many choices.

Central Location, non working AC, no smart TV.
Central location. However it was an uncomfortable stay. AC did not work and had to move rooms multiple times due to the AC not working properly (lowest temp = 25 C). We were upgraded to a Suite for a night for our inconvenience. However, we were told we had to pay the difference in rate ($100 USD) for our last night if we wanted to keep the upgrade (even though we were told we could keep the upgrade, if available & it was available). Decided to cancel our last night & stay in Polanco instead. If having AC or having a smart tv to stream Netflix after a long day of sightseeing is not your priority, then stay here. Central location. Note: Uber can not pick you up or drop off due to daily road blockade. Fernanda the manager and Fernando the security guard provided excellent service!
AC set to 20 C, running for hours and would not go below 25 C.
Streaming not available. This was the only TV that would connect to Netflix and all it would display is an error message in French. Staff unable to assist. No other rooms had smart TVs. Bring your own device to wind down after a long day.

Zócalo Central was amazing, from the breath taking views for the roof top to their ten star customer service from the general manager to their serving staff. Their rooms are beautiful and full of luxury. I was beyond impressed this stay. I will definitely be back there soon!
