Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

The property overall was very clean and nicely decorated. Our rental was also very clean and the decor was nice and modern. The view was beautiful and the unit was spacious. They had a great beach restaurant with a great vibe. There aren’t many places to eat within walking distance, but if you are a fan of Uber eats and door dash you will be fine.

Disappointed in unit.
I have stayind in VRBO and AirB&B properties before and this one was not well equipped. There was not even a wash cloth in the master bath. Because we only stayed for a short weekend, and because my guests were from Australia, we could not bring supplies or shop for them. There was no washer/dryer and living room furniture was sparse. The beds were comfortable and there was one TV. I will research more carefully next time.

Much needed escape
I stayed here with my three kids ages 12, 14 16 they had a ball the bay, ocean front right at your front door it was amazing clean minor minor issues. I am picky and this was perfect for us, finally no issues with me crying and leaving a place.

To begin with, we were looking for an early check-in, which didn’t happen. After going to the room, we found the carpet was stained in both bedrooms, no TV and one bedroom, and no Chester drawer in the other bedroom. There was no washcloths stocked and didn’t receive any till a day later. There was only two chairs on the balcony. The condo was advertised for six people.

We arrived to check in around 2am and no one was there except security who gave us keys to the wrong room and then when we went up it didn’t look anything like any photos posted online the place was so filthy we left right away blood stains on couches, cockroaches, smelled bad etc. we contacted vrbo and the guy was so unhelpful and the owner never contacted us about the state of the condo/apartment/room and when we went to return the key the next day the lady lost our contract and didn’t care about anything we were saying she instead she got pissed off that we were mentioning anything to her and didn’t say anything.

Seacoast rental
This is not a place I would recommend to anybody. There is nothing within walking distance (restaurants/bars/shops). The man out front who helps (?) with bags was extremely rude to my entire family when we arrived… room was ready about an hour earlier than check in time which was nice. There are no lights by the kid area or pool so once the sun goes down you basically have to go to the room. There are many picnic tables and a small kids area with swing and a sand box but like I said, no lighting. The washing machine on my floor did not work.. I had to dry 4 times to get my clothes done. Our room/apartment or whatever you want to call it... awful. There was 2 spoons and a strainer like spoon in the kitchen.. twi tiny awful pans for the stove. There is an oven.. NO oven Mits, no pan or trays for the oven. I called The front desk for housekeeping every single day and nobody ever came. Every time I needed new towels which was about 1 to 2 times a day because of showering and my child taking a bath so much because of the sand and what not, I had to walk down and get towels every time. Having a 3 year old.. The first morning we woke up there he spilled a drink all over the bed. I asked for my sheets to be changed that day and they never were. The toilet makes a very loud squeak noise nonstop which I did take a video of. I killed 3 bugs in the bathroom, Not sure what they were. The bar out by the pool is tiny and charge an outrageous amount for 1 drink (1 vodka club- $18 and it is a tiny cup) there was one day we went to the bar by the pool and waited about 20 minutes for someone to come, he was on the beach handling the beach chairs- shouldn’t someone else be there? We had an awful experience at this place and will not be returning.

Hotel needs some updates but location good.
Overall not bad. First room we were given was filthy but we were able to change rooms and that made a big difference. For a Miami Beach hotel, was surprised things did. It stay open later. I.e pool, outdoor bar etc. no on site restaurant open during the week and closes at 1 pm on weekends. Front staff was helpful. Would recommend hotel if you are lucky to get one of the upgraded rooms.

Misleading Listing
The photos for this listing are NOT for the condo in the fine print. If you go to Seacoast Suites Website you are paying for a City View Suite 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom and the photos they are sharing are for a Corner Bayview Master Suite. While it was suitable for what we needed, it’s poor representation. The Corner Market on site is no longer, the restaurant is only open Friday - Sunday and there is no way to purchase anything on site (food, drinks, snacks, toiletries, etc.) Everything had to be purchased off site which was an inconvenience. Location is as fine for the beach area. There is no where to eat within walking distance so you will need to Uber or drive a rental. Our room was not the cleanest so we did not stay in the unit very often. Only two towels per bathroom so we had to do laundry mid week. Not a horrible stay but would stay somewhere else if we go back to Miami.

The pillows had hair on it. The soap bar was placed in the sink on some dirt in the sink. The towel bag was open with the small towels thrown on the bathroom sink and the towels inside the bag had long hair on it too. The kitchen didn’t have any detergent. The elevators didn’t work and neither the keys to open the doors to get in from the parking garage. The location wasn’t bad and the view from the apartment was beautiful.

I would’ve given the condo five stars but there was just a few things that would’ve made it a five star. It is a condo that sleeps six but yet there were only enough dishes and towels for four. Other than that it was great
