Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas, including pool, BBQ Grill, free Wi-Fi, parking (limited to 6 cars), coffee maker, etc.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood around the home is a mixed-income, residential area. The neighborhood is primarily composed of single-family homes, but there are also some multi-family homes and apartments. The neighborhood is located in a convenient location, close to shopping, dining, and recreation. The neighborhood is also close to Interstate 95, making it easy to commute to other parts of Florida.

Getting Around:
You can get around by car, bike, or on foot.
Here are some additional tips:

-Visit the Miami-Dade County Parks and Recreation Opa-Locka Center for a variety of recreational activities, including swimming, tennis, and basketball.
-Check out the Opa-Locka Hialeah Optimist Club Sports Complex for baseball, football, and soccer fields.
-Take a walk or bike ride on the Opa-Locka Trail.

2-night bookings require an additional security deposit.

The payment of an additional $1500 security deposit will be required prior to your arrival. If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required. If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit. The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that has more than 5 bedrooms. Security deposits can't be paid via Credit card.
