I am local to Miami and had to find a hotel while my home door was fixed. The booking process through Expedia was simple. I arrived at night and waited in line to check in. Once it was my turn, the agent overlooked me to ask the two young ladies behind me what they needed. Apparently, they were already staying at the property. They returned to the property and their keys were no longer working. The agent jumped to help them because they were young women who he was clearly attracted to. Meanwhile, me and my children were waiting. The other agent finished his check in and so I moved over to that side and asked if he could check me in, he didnt. He said give him a moment and went off to do something else. Once the other agent finished flirting with the girls, he was about to walk away and i moved back over to his side and said CAN I CHECK IN NOW. He slowly did the checkin for me. Didn't say anything about the MANDATORY paid parking or give me any of the spiel that I heard them give the prior people. It wouldnt have been an issue except I of course have to pay for parking and so that should have been addressed definitely. Our initial room assignment had a broken a/c and the room phone was inoperable as well. We came down and were reassigned to a new room. Thankfully, the air and phone worked. My son went to use the restroom and there was a roach in the bathroom. Its Florida so Im not ignorant enough to think bugs cant get inside, however, the bathroom was not clean either.

I waited around for two hours for a shuttle because the staff did not no anything about the shuttle to port Miami. I talked to two different staff later that told me two different times. I wasn’t willing to wait any longer and miss my check in time so I paid for an uber that was less that it would have been to wait on the shuttle.The room was mediocre and the air blew like a whisper. It was miserably hot

No se me dijo por telefono, con q tiempo de frecuencia era el traslado del aeropuerto al hotel. Llamé dos veces y me decian, q en 10min. La realidad era q era cada hora. Simplemente, decir la verdad al cliente. La unidad de aire no enfriaba bien, la ultima noche. Por lo demas, todo bien.

the female staff was not pleasant at all acted as if she did not want to be there, She threw my ID and credit card back at me and when I asked her why she apologized. The maid knocked on the door with an attitude and asked if we were checking out around 10.00am I would think that the front office staff would have given her a check out list prior.There is no need to disturb the guest 1 hr ahead of heckout
