Bugs and bad service from restaurant staff

Watch for bugs, as they started going up the furniture as soon as the light was turned on. The restaurant staff are too busy playing with their cellphones to care enough to answer my questions about the menu. I felt It was an inconvenience to ask a question, yet I did anyway and got half answer and one of the staff members just walked away.

Bad customer service . I needed early check in and staff said it's $40. I agreed but was then told there's no available rooms only to watch as. she provided a room to someone I knew from the same cruise with no reservation and many other people who came after as I sat in that lobby for 4 hours while not feeling well.

I have so much to say. I stayed a week and a half. The staff are unfriendly especially the older lady at the front desk. The cleaning staff are even worst, the room are not clean at anytime. You have to ask for clean towels and sheets and take out your own trash. The beds are super small for queen beds and uncomfortable. The tv didn't work most of time. I ask one the cleaning lady about the water because a morning there was no water she literally told don't ask her go to the front desk. I went to eat at the hotel's restaurant Miro's, the lady had an attitude she refuse to give us another menu so a group of 6 people with one menu trying to figure out dinner, for someone else to walk in and ask for a menu and she hands them one. The food was not cooked and was cold. I woke a morning to find a guy painting the door so i open and he said don't touch the door wet paint. Who paints the door with guests in the room and without saying anything.

Room was not clean/ready.

Check in process went smoothly. It was nice to have the restaurant on site. Upon arriving in the room, there was a dirty washcloth, a dirty towel, and toilet paper that had not been folded like the other roll.
