Hotel in bad condition, it needs maintenance.
The room 417 was dirty, toilet wasn't clean with a dark dot of p..under the lid, furnitures ripped, for a shower we had to use flip flops, this hotel needs maintenance, replsce the dirty carpets, rusted bathroom features , the furnitures are a mess with grease and dark stains, , the shuttle that was included but I coldn't used because it never showed up after waiting for over 30 mins in Airport in the shuttle area, no control here where the shuttle is located we called for an UBER rides at the end. I will not recommend this hotel The photos are blocked and this app doesn't let me attach pictures I took several pictures, they are ready to share.

We stayed here before cruise. Very clean and comfortable!! The staff was very helpful and nice. The area is nice and close to a lot of things to do. Walking distance to some places where you can eat. We will definitely stay here again.

They allowed us to check in early which was nice since we had an early arrival. Check in was a breeze. We signed up for the free shuttle to the cruiseport which was convenient. The breakfast was good. We cruise a lot and would stay here again.
