There was an issue with the air condition unit was leaking water that soaked into the carpet. It was reported 3 times with nothing being done. I was disappointed in the breakfast. I was hoping for more of a selection.

The staff were amazing. I know we as tourist probably drive them crazy with shuttle questions and so forth, but everyone was helpful and polite.

The hotel had roaches and when we told the staff she said it was a tropical area and they get insects. Also not just our room but several Rooms was complaining off the same issue with roaches

Very attractive property
Very attractive property, staff friendly, clean and quiet, everything great except mattresses are worn out and slightly lumpy; also in front of the bathroom sink it was built up to accommodate a walk in shower so you had to step up to sink and back down to bathroom floor. I had trouble keeping my balance and might have fallen.
