Asked for the sofa bed to be pulled out and made up no one ever came. Had no housekeeping for the first three days asked twice and only got housekeeping after asking the second time. The bathroom is a wet room and so the entire floor gets wet every time you shower. Staff was nice and location is great but altogether not the best experience.

The minifridge was broken. The shower door wouldn't stay closed. The ironing board was not flat. The pool was closed. The elevator sounded like it was about to fall apart.

Family and I recently stayed, wasn't the best we've stayed in Miami but it definitely wasn't bad or anything, it's in the city so walk ability is great. It's located by multiple restaurants and stores most within a 2-5 min walk. Traffic is always hectic though so beware. Other than that we enjoyed it.
