This hotel was amazing! I am hard to please when it comes to a hotel room, but this was the BEST hotel that I’ve ever been to for an inexpensive price! Upon entering the room, we received a complimentary wine bottle w/ a welcome card. Room was nice and clean. Microwave, fridge, robes, slippers, towels, two TVs, balcony, alarm clock (with rain sounds), dish soap, paper towels, and so much more was already provided in the room. There were a few hidden fees that were charged to the card during checkout but I still believe that it was all worth it. The cleanliness was 10/10. Rooftop pool was amazing with a bar. I did not like the breakfast buffet meat choices, it’s basically just cold cuts. You can order off of their breakfast menu for additional options. There is NO IRON OR BLOW DRYER in the room, I’m not sure if you can ask for one though. Otherwise, 10/10!!!! Please book here for a great experience. We were only 5 minutes away from the Kaseya Center and Bayside Market Place as well!

We only had a layover for a night but it was the PERFECT place to stay in Miami. I loved it!!! The double beds on opposite sides of the room make you feel like you got two rooms in one. SO CHIC so elevated and modern!!! They gave us a bottle of wine.

When we first arrived at the property we were not even greeted by the front desk staff standing there. We had to change rooms 3 times during our 3 night stay as the room we initially given was accessible, the second room did not have a working fridge and at 2:00 am there was a loud beeping sound that could not be stopped after the maintenance personnel who didn’t speak English came to check it out for 30 min while we waited instead of just immediately transferring us to another room. The third room had no working A/C and yet again we had to stay up an extra hour while the same maintenance personnel came up to reset it. The rooms themselves were much smaller than expected as they were so tight and narrow they felt more like college dorms than a luxury hotel room. I was most disappointed by the lack of concern for our comfort and convenience when these problems arose. Another set of issues arose with the packaged amenities we were given. Breakfast for 2 was given only for 1 and we had to run up and down to the lobby from the restaurant to get our breakfast cards before the server would close out our bill. This could have easily been fixed with a phone call to the front desk. Some basic amenities like wine opener for “free bottle of wine” was not provided in the room nor was there an iron (front desk personnel didn’t even know what I was asking for). Lastly, we got no service at beach. Overall this was not the experience I expected to have at a 5 star resort.
