I was expecting a kind, helpful staff when I was checking in, however it was the opposite. There were two guys "helping" customers, but it was the opposite because when I asked some questions they were talking and laughing instead of helping me, specially because I wanted to go to my room and take a shower after a long road trip.

This was by far the best hotel I stayed in ever. We were only staying for the day before a cruise. We flew in the day before. Our flight was in early in the morning. The airport shuttle was very convenient. We arrived at the hotel and they had our room available early. The breakfast the next morning was excellent. 5stars all the way

Not too much to ask
I had a written request to be close to our friends room. We (our friends and us) got there at 1:30 pm to check in. We were both talking to different front desk people. I was told if I wanted to check in early, I could not be close to my friends. The gal didn't even check where they were at. We by chance ended up across the hall from each other. Why could she not even check??? there was no one in line behind us so they weren't busy.
