Hotel was just ok. Room had mold and water damage, tub and shower need refinished it’s horrible, room was hot even with the air on 60, and sliding glass door for the balcony didn’t seal shut. Staff was wonderful but make sure you speak Spanish because they are limited on their English.

I did call three times to have a guests name added so there would be no question when she arrived before me to check in around midnight. They still had to call and verify. Which is what I was trying to avoid at midnight.

Please know what you pay on orbitz is not the price. When we got to the hotel it charge us more money for additional services they said we had to play for. This hotel had a lot of hidden fees that was not included in original booking.
