This place has thieves they stole my 6 yr old chain out of his suitcase and my 16 yr old money out of his mind you it was their birthday trip don’t ruined when all this happened and the desk tried make seem like we wasn’t telling the only truth when my 6yr said it out his own mouth to the front desk never again

Everything was excellent except for housekeeping, they never cleaned our room and we had to ask for towels and shampoo conditioner etc. Housekeeping didn’t speak English so they didn’t understand when we asked them to clean our room later, so they never did !!! Not acceptable !

We booked this hotel based on a rating of 9. My rating would be a 3-4. The only thing that I liked about it was the view of the lagoon, The hotel is in desperate need of renovation. The bathrooms, sink, and carpets need to change!

The bed was super comfy and the hot water and shower pressure were fantastic. The negatives were the kitchen and bathroom faucets were old and hard to work. Also, the breakfast was very poor quality food. There was nothing fresh and healthy except the melon and wrapped fruit. The building entry doorway needs updating. Views were nice outside of the breakfast area and you can eat outdoors.

Hilton Homewood Suites is an average hotel. Customer service was nice. Had an issue with room 709 with spiders. The spiders was coming in the room though the bedroom window. We stayed in the room for three hours killing five spiders. We had to be switched to another room so we wouldn't get bitten by spiders. The customer service desk switch us to room 309 which we had no issues with except entering with the key card. The lock would get stuck. Overall, my opinion, it was ok.
