Beautiful location. Bar staff was awesome. The night front desk lady was a little salty but i didnt have to talk to her much. Great location. 7 11 is 30 second walk away for snacks and drinks.

The room was spacious but the bathroom was disgusting. Black mold on the shower tiles and gunk around the faucet. They need to do a thorough deep cleaning for the price. Will not be returning.

Generally speaking it was a good stay. Our biggest issue was it was not the cleanest. The bathroom (roof of the shower) was literally brown. The shower leaked even with the door closed. Water would end up flooding the toilet area because of this. By the sink had black moldy marks around the faucet.

We have stayed at this property twice now and have enjoyed both of our stays. The front desk staff are very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and the view of the bay is beautiful. The hotel is extremely convenient to shopping, wonderful restaurants and a short drive to Miam Beach.

Positive: the location Dislike: The room was dirty, dusty. The floor had many gaps and I tripped. The shower was broken. It’s a run down hotel in need of an update. It is currently overpriced for what it actually is, it does not look nice like in the pictures advertised.

Check in was delayed until after 4:00 which was not good since we arrived on an overnight flight early am. Had to sit around all day waiting on a room until past the supposed available check in because room still wasnt ready by 4:00.
