I recently stayed at this hotel for four nights, and I had an exceptional experience. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. making my stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. I didnt like that there was not an attendant on site 24/7. Had a problem with our lock but was able to get in by figuring out ourselves. As they did not have an eta when would be fixed and had already been locked out for an hour. Other than that great stay. Would recommend providing more towels.

FULL deposit taken for a coffee table worth less than half (this site won't let me put numbers) and BANNED FROM KASA PROPERTIES I told them during our stay that a wet shirt caused a stain on the coffee table. They didn't respond for a while so I tried to get it off, but accidentally took some of the varnish off. I let them know ahead of time and was completely ready to pay for it. But table was already kinda beat up and I know for a fact you can get for that less than half the price they charged me. ALSO, why you gotta ban me and my wife?? We didn't do anything bad, just an accident. Theres people staying here that will keep you up all night but you break anything you got to pay for it and you're never welcome back. Thanks a lot.

I enjoyed the quietness of the property. The staff was very helpful I had a minor problem and they assist me quickly. The apartment felt like home, very relaxing just what I was looking forward to. I will definitely come back to stay here when I visit Miami again.

For the price it barely made it, I'm sure it's double during the cool season and spring break, if I would have paid that we would have had a problem. No service of any kind in regard to linen, towels or support. Mechanically it's tired, outlet that doesn't work, funk in the building that we called on they told us to open a window sure it's only 98 degrees Fahrenheit, then said window refuse to close. If you need a place close by things to do, within walking distance of Transportation and has access to a great deal of culture this is for you, if you're looking for some place that has a great deal of interior integrity for rest? Definitely not your place
