Where do I start, let’s see… arrival date 3/12/25, asked for housekeeping services on 3/15/25 was told that they were already booked, needed to wait for the following day. Got services done, housekeeping manager told us that they were a few of blood stain found that she needed to report it, because they have to throw all of the bedding part that were stained and that most likely we were in title to pay for everything. I guess they don’t even try to wash it first. During our stay the emergency alarm went out like 4-5 times within the 10days of our stay here, I post operated with restrictions including to not take stairs, we were at the 6th floor!!! The one day I had to take the stair because the emergency alarm went out and the elevator was not working and I needed to be seen at the clinic after my surgical procedure, I have had already cancel the first appointment because of the same reason. When I finished making it to the first floor I was already tired, feeling like I was going to pass out, my fiancé complained about this and all they offered was an extra night to stay at the hotel for the inconvenience but all we wanted to do was to leave this place already. I survived the last couples of days left here, when going in and out of the hotel no words were spoken to us. When I went to check out and to confirm about our stay in here with all the issues including the stain blood fee, I was told that they needed to calculate the damage of the bedding
