Reservation made for facility, upon arrival staff stated was overbooked, my thought was why did you book the stay then. Did get a room but why say you are over booked. Room had missing lamps and equipment… shower faucet and head about to fall off had to jiggle the faucet to get it to work

We came back to our room one day, our room was flooded by some issue of the hotels. The staff never even came to check on us and they put me, my child and my husband in a room with 1 bed where my husband had to sleep on the sofa. This was a vacation we looked forward to but ended up praying to get home just because of the terrible hotel experience, alot of our items which we purchased on the trip we damaged and we were not compensated in anyway at all.

We chose this Hotel because the offer shuttle from the airport to the hotel. We waited one hour and 40 minutes. Finally took a Uber to the hotel. At the hotel the cleck told us that the shuttle start at 5 am and finished at 22.30. We arrived at midnight. Even the nights shift cleck and the morning cleck didn't care about our problem. All nights we heard doors closed. We won't go back to this Hotel and we don't recommend

The check in was fast, the attendant was in a hurry so he sorted me quickly. The carpet on the floors smells musky and damp. The breakfast was basic, bagels, bread, eggs, waffles, cereal, milk, juices and coffee. The shuttle is unreliable, waited 1.5 hours and none came however when I arrived at the hotel the staff member said the shuttle was at the airport. The morning shuttle was on time and the driver was polite. This was my second time staying at this hotel, I will not return.

Room smells really bad. Shower had stains in the floor. They don’t provide hand towels unless you ask. Not even a towel for the floor for when you get out of the shower. Shampoo dispenser was damaged and A/C cooled down at times not consistent
