This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. And I stayed in a lot of hotels. It really should be shut down until it gets renovated. It was awful, in every way.

La Quinta are hit and miss - this one missed

Check in was quick and the front desk representative was nice and informative. The room was clean. They should use light colored paint on wall with the headboard against it. It makes the room appear darker than necessary and constantly using a lamp light. The continental breakfast left a lot to be desired, but hey it was free. The toilet in my room had issues and would not flush. I was offered a discount on my stay and a promise to get the maintenance man there to repair the issue. The maintenance man did not arrive before I checked out the next business day. This La Quinta in needs a bit more upkeep. I am not sure if it is a management issue or an owner issue, but one of the two needs to turn this property around.

Haunting Experience

I really don`t believe in ghosts but the room I stayed in was a haunting experience. Very odd noises and weird odors throughout the night. This place could operate as a haunted hotel on halloween. It needs to be totally renovated. On the good side,the bed was comfortable and the sheets and towels were clean.

Hotel needs Reno

It all started with first impression soon as I pulled up to the hotel exterior paint peeling off and chips. The front fountain not operable. It makes people feel like if they can’t take care of the outside what makes them care for the inside. There was a strong bio growth smell in the lobby and also in the room I saw two water stains from an active leak that they tried to patch over but not take care of the leak. I was in room 416. The room was spacious, but whoever is the hotel engineer the drywall patchwork is horrible And needs to go back to the basics. Room had a strong bio gross smell, which caused me and my mother to sneeze in my mother woke up sick. The pole was not operable and was closed until further notice I do applaud management in front desk for wanting to credit me Because of the inoperable amenities. Nothing bad to say with Customer Service front desk lady was very kind and courteous and so was management. Wyndham is a strong flagship, but the condition of this hotel with that flagship is falling short.

Overall a pleasant place to stay.

I really like the fact room service is by request and not every day. It makes more sense. In a short trip of a few days there is really no need for room service everyday. It was available if required. Rooms nice and comfortable if a little tired. Staff pleasant. Breakfast offering was a little disappointing though. Pool was closed though so no opportunity to use that facility.

it was the most terrible experience ever the towels were dirty. It was no AC transferred me to another room with AC, but the towels were still dirty. I was no hands so nobody wash no shampoo. The floor was very dirty
