Las Palmas is a gorgeous waterfront resort home, situated in the center of Miami. This tropical oasis has a heated pool with double water slides, a large Tiki with an outside fridge, bar, dining table and multi level decks featuring an Argentine BBQ Grill, overlooking the lake. Palmas also features a game room with billiard table, over looking the pool patio and lake area.

The pool has a salt water filter system, which eliminates harsh chlorine chemicals.

We are close to Miami International Airport, Cruise Port, South Beach, restaurants, Malls & Shops, & nightlife.Everglades National Park and the Florida Keys are nearby. Little Havana, Wynwood Design District, Brickell City Center, Downtown Miami, Bayside and Coral Gables are all close by.

The home is very spacious, with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms - four of the bedrooms have King beds. We have a custom cherrywood kitchen with granite counters, a large multi level island and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, oven, cooktop, toaster, coffee maker, blender, tea kettle etc and stocked with all plates, glasses, pots, pans and utensils etc.

The living room has a large sectional sofa, 72" TV and is open plan to the kitchen.
The dining table seats 8 and together with the kitchen island can seat a total of 12 people comfortably.

We have a keyless entry code system, so no need to worry about losing keys and allows for contactless checkin.

There are TV's in all the bedrooms and a large 75" TV in the family room. The layout is open plan, so you can be in the kitchen and be with the rest of your group. The Florida room has a full sized billiards table overlooking the pool and lake.

We have a washer & dryer, iron & ironing board, Pac & Play crib with mattress, high chair and a toddler's toilet seat.

The bathrooms have shampoo/bodywash & conditioner, hairdryers and are equipped with plenty of extra towels.

The house can accommodate large groups and big families. We have a set price per day, we do not charge for individual guest. This averages out to a very reasonable daily rate for your stay

Our guests enjoy this waterfront home with a heated pool, waterslides, Tiki, full kitchen, cookware and utensils and plenty of amenities in a private setting, not having to share space with anyone else.

The home has parking directly in front of the property. The home has high speed WiFi and all TV's have streaming services.

We do not allow parties or loud music at the property, we welcome families and groups looking to have a great time in Miami. Bachelor & Bachelorette groups are very welcome.

Please be advised we have a Ring camera in the front outside of the property facing the driveway for security purposes. There are no other cameras anywhere else on the property.

Great week in Southern Florida
Six couples had a great week at this home. Plenty of space for all. Patio area was amazing with the pool, tiki bar and lake side seating. Saw Key West, Everglades, Biscayne Bay, Little Havana and more. Sharon the host was absolutely amazing with communication and helpfulness. Highly recommend this home!

Hosts were amazing! Responded to any questions/concerns with in an hour. Let us check in as soon as our flight got to Miami. Rooms had plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. House was supplied with pretty much everything you would need. Pool was a hit with both young and the old. Kids loved the slides!

Great week in Fl
We stayed over Christmas 2024. The weather was warm during the day and cooler in the evening requiring a sweat shirt. The house was plenty big for the seven of us. (We originally had 9). The pool was clean and heated. The kitchen was spacious. 3 full bathrooms was great! The beds were comfortable. The location was South of downtown Miami in a quiet neighborhood. We were close to grocery stores and malls. MIA airport was a 30 min drive. Miami Beach was a 30-40 min drive. The owners were quick to respond and resolve any issues. Highly recommend.

Beautiful backyard; large house
Sharon was very accommodating and quick to respond. Pictures are accurate and house is as described. Beautiful backyard with a deck that oversees the lake, where you can spot turtles, fishes, and ducks. The pool was mostly clean. The house was equipped with starter supplies, with two sets of washers and dryers.

Great Family Vacation Spot!
Las Palmas was perfect for our family vacation. The backyard, swimming pool and slide were a huge hit with my grandkids. We enjoyed the seeing the huge fish and an assortment of wild ducks, one we even named Bob, in the waterway off the backyard. Great place!

Perfect for a girl’s trip
I rented this house for my bachelorette and it was perfect! We wanted to be in Miami, but only planned to do one big night out on south Beach, so prioritized a space that could comfortably fit all 11 of us, opposed to staying right in the south beach area. This house was perfect, we spent most of our time outside enjoying the pool and hanging around the house. The sleeping arrangements were very comfortable as well. If you are a big group looking for a fun place to stay, I recommend staying here!

Lots of pretty pictures, great posted price, nice location with a lake view....however, when the price nearly doubles with a "cleaning fee" then you find the shower drain full of someone else's hair, black oven crap dripped on the drawer below the oven, and old food caked on the dishes in the cupboard, the billiards table felt is torn, 3 of 5 pool ques have no tip (unusable) so playing a game of pool can't be done due to the walls on 3 sides requiring a shorter que, 1 of the 3 broken, trepidation arrives. I called to list multiple concerns with the host, who expressed concern, but hasn't responded with any monetary conideration after my specific request over 24 hours ago. They will be refuding my 10 x the price damage deposit though. Use your money elsewhere would be my suggestion.

A Home away from Home.
The owners are lovely people, they came and introduced themselves and left us a bottle of wine and Cuban pastries! They were very helpful and made us feel right at home. The house and grounds are beautiful without being over the top. Great place to relax and reconnect as a family and with friends. Our adult children loved the location, with restaurants and activities nearby for the little ones. And easy access to grocery stores and big box stores made it stress free to get anything you forgot to bring. Beach days are great, but the pool with its 2 slides made every day a swimming day for our family and we enjoyed it immensely! The Wild Fork meat and seafood store nearby, was a wonderful find and we used the outdoor grill to cook all kinds of treats including Aligator! We are definitely giving them a call again next time in Miami!

Wow! What an amazing property!
I rented this house for me and 7 friends for a bachelorette party- it was PERFECT! The backyard space, pool, slides (SO FUN!), view of the water, tiki hut etc. were beautiful additions to the home. I would highly recommend this rental property & can’t wait to go back!

Perfect party oasis
We had my bachelorette at Sharon’s place and it was the perfect place to stay since we didn’t intend on going out to bars with COVID going on. The home was spacious and had a beautiful backyard are eith pool, tiki bar, lounge chairs, water slides, and was completely private from neighboring houses. Not to mention the view over the water was incredible from the deck. Highly recommend this place if you’re entertaining a large group that likes spending g time outside.

Perfect Stay and Accommodations Loved it !
We had a Larger group of family and friends, we stayed for a long weekend and went to the dolphins game ! The home was as advertised.. Location was great next to everything in town and easy access to highways, straight shot to the stadium. big bedrooms and plenty of space for everyone., Great for entertaining !! our kids fished , swam in the pool loved the pool slide , many decks with beautiful views . Pool table , outdoor grill and tiki hut....We enjoyed it all !! home is not brand new but makes up for it, in charm, amenities and space .. Lots of parking ... Ed and Sharon were great host ! answered all of our questions helped with local restaurants and activities , we had a problem with one tv and they brought us a brand new one in less than an Hour !!! Had a great time and would definitely stay again when headed back to South Florida !!

Awesome Experience!!
My family and I had an awesome stay at this property. The kids loved the pool and I loved sitting on the deck over the lake every morning drinking my coffee. The owners Sharon and Eddie are extremly nice and respond to any needs immediately. I would definitely rent this property again.
