Very disappointed stay. The only good thing about this hotel is the easy check in and fast communication. But the actual room looked completed different from the photos. The bed sheets are dirty with yellow stains. The shower head was dripping and the water temperature fluctuated when showing. The bed was uncomfortable so we made an hour and forty minutes drive back home at 3am. I would advise travelers avoiding this hotel at all cost.

Best Stay Ever!

This was an amazing stay, very clean, great communication, my family came from PR for Thanksgiving, we were accommodated by Lazaro last minute, and it was an amazing experience! We will definitely stay here again!

Over all it wasn't the best stay . Had some trouble communicating with the people in charge of the place . There were 2 different times different people came to are place used the door combination and let them self into were we paid to stay . It was pretty scary and weird.

My stay was decent however the shower pressure was very low and the shower head needed to be replaced. Also when I tried to communicate about the wifi ( which I never had my entire stay ) I never got a response. The property itself is clean has good amenities and everything you need is walking distance. Parking was tedious but is easier during the weekday.

Street parking if you get lucky. The bed are so soft you sink in not supported make for a bad night sleep. Nothing really to cook with but there are a couple good places to eat near by. Take a lift or uber if you find a parking spot. The property has no elevator.

This place is a hidden gem if you are visiting Miami and dont want to pay the high prices in south beach or downtown. It has all the amenities fully furnished. All you need is your own food. But they did leave some granola bar and water which I thought was an added touch because I was starving. They also let me check in early. They have prompt return calls to any concerns regarding check in. I recommend and would stay here again.

No había sofá cama, era sólo un pequeño sofá para medio dormir, el piso es muy liso, sufrí una gran caída al entrar al baño luego de que uno de mis hijos terminó de bañarse y fui a ayudarlo, la puerta de vidrio del baño no corría bien, parecía que se iba a romper, el aire acondicionado no se puede regular y en la noche lo ponen muy frío, realmente era incómodo. Es muy difícil que respondan el teléfono, llame varias veces para todo! El check inn, para pedir la contraseña de wifi, para ropa de cama por el frío intenso, por el sofá cama que me dijeron que no había, es incomodo no poder tener acceso a un elevador o facilidades ya que iba con un niño malo de la rodilla y yo luego del golpe por el piso resbaloso y el peso del equipaje.

PÉSIMA EXPERIENCIA

Pésima experiencia. La comunicación con el host fue ineficiente. Malísima experiencia, tuve que pagar otra habitación en otro establecimiento porque no recibí el código de ingreso a tiempo. LA PEOR experiencia de viaje. El costumer service fue muy malo también.
