This property is phenomenal - from rooms to lobby and exterior. We come back every year! The best for me is the staff - they are too notch, make you feel special and go out of their way to make your day more comfortable. We love the lobby bar and drinks, along with the quick grab and go breakfast options downstairs. The hotel was decorated beautifully for Christmas and we just can’t wait to go back next year!

It’s a nice hotel but no so happy to accommodate platinum Orbitz premium status features. Sort of blew it off and said at check in we’d have to contact Orbitz fit $35 food credit and upgrade. Didn’t receive either / that was unfortunate
