YOUR SPACE
You’re sure to be feeling excitement and eager anticipation as you pull onto the
expansive driveway at the front of this impressive house in Miami. Able to park right
outside the front door, there won’t be far at all to wheel your bags into this most
sophisticated of homes that’s sure to make you feel relaxed and welcomed for however
long you’ve made your reservation.

Either way, there’s plenty about this modern villa to enjoy before you get around to
looking at where you’re sleeping:
OPEN CONCEPT LIVING / DINING / KITCHEN AREA
Catering for the contemporary preference of having a large, multi-purpose living space,
this house gives you an open concept room in which you can cook, eat and relax. The
living area sports an expansive sofa that invites you to sit back and relax after your
journey. Three different sections of the sofa can be adjusted to different angles so you
can recline and relax as you wish. Be sure to grab the remote and flick on the flatscreen
TV, one of 6 smart TVs in the house, all of which give you access to Netflix, Direct TV
and Hula.
Maybe you’re hungry after your journey and have stopped off at the store to stock up on
your favorite food and drink. You’ll find plenty of storage space in the modern kitchen
with a large fridge freezer and many cabinets. And there’s an array of stainless steel
appliances to help you cook those meals you love so much. And when it’s time to eat,
there’s a breakfast bar seating area, plus plenty more seating options outside which
leads us nicely onto:
OUTSIDE SPACE
It’s likely as soon as you arrive you’ll be unable to resist the urge to head outside and
marvel at the beach club style swimming pool that’s going to be all yours. Who’ll be the
first in your group to dip their toes or dive right in? There’s a heated jacuzzi here too, and
as this is a smart home, whatever tunes you play inside the house can be heard out
here.
If you don’t fancy taking in the sun all day, you can find some shade in the pergola.
And the gas BBQ in the outside kitchen gives you somewhere else to show off your
culinary talents.
4 BEDROOMS
Heading back inside, you can’t fail to notice the bright and vibrant physical and digital art
prints that adorn many of the home’s walls. Examples hang in each of the 4 bedrooms,
all of which feature comfortable beds with quality bedding and mattresses as well as
plenty of room to store your clothes and belongings. With speakers in all rooms,
including the bedrooms and bathrooms, speak to the smart home to play your desired music of choice.. This voice command can also be used to turn on the lights and
adjust the temperature to your liking.
3.5 BATHROOMS
A big group of up to 10 needs plenty of places in which to get ready to go out. And here
you have three full bathrooms, each with standalone showers, vanities and toilets. Line
up your lotions, store your shampoos and whatever else you need to look the part, and
