Difficult check-in.
The room we stayed at is nothing like the one in the picture. There was a terrible noise from the Aircon Unit outside our window. The check-in was difficult. They were suppose to send an email 24hrs before, it was only sent in the morning. We were travelling and not able to connect to send the form. We called and the message wasn't passed on. They didn't advised that we did definitely need to send the form back.

Horrible, no help asked for extra blanket, said will to check and will call back. No calls. No phone no room service, asked the guy sitting can you tell how far is the port from here. Answer don’t know, Asked can you check, five minutes later no response and we left. No courtesy stay fir extra 30 minutes, said will cost you $50 Never seen this kind of service. Will recommend never stay at this place.

The elevator was not working. There’s no lobby. The room condition was horrible. I had to throw out my own garbage. There’s no customer service after 6pm.

The reviews are far from reality. The entrance to the facility lacks of security and is dark. All surroundings and dirty with cigarette butts as well as the common areas. My room stinking of cigarettes as well as the hallway. The mattress had a hole in the middle and the pillows were terrible. There was a floor to ceiling support tube right at the edge of the bed. Good: bathroom, fridge and micro, location and chairs at the beach. Disappointed.

A beautiful place for a short stay, keep in mind that there is no parking on the property but they help you with a parking close by for $40 / 24h

The location is ideal, however the condition of the room and building are atrocious. I killed multiple roaches in the room. The bed was unstable, so I pull up the mattress to find the bed frame was broken and the mattress was disgustingly filthy and severely stained. The building has an unpleasant stench and the elevator is not any better. I definitely will not revisit. You get what you pay for.

Enjoyed our stay in the whole. Staff on the desk were extremely helpful on our arrival and managed to get us checked in early which was great. It was a no thrills apartment building, which didnt have the best of smells in the corridor of our floor upon arrival. The room however, was nice and large, with everything we needed for our stay. The location was fantastic, just one block from Ocean Drive and the beach, with it being walking distance to Miami Beach City Centre. The downside was the nightime noise. Club level sounding music was blasting both nights of our stay, which i expect came from the bars/clubs of Ocean Drive. The air conditioning unit helped drown out some of the noise, but its something to take into account when booking if noise is an issue for you.

While the room was clean the rest of the property seemed very dirty and shady. The front desk and by front desk I mean the podium in the narrow walkway leading to the coded door into building didn’t arrive until 10:30 am after we were told it would open at 10 am. We will not be recommending this hotel nor would we ever stay here again.

Lots of shopping and restaurants in walking distance and public transportation bus stop wasn’t to far either. Had smart TV. Had everything we needed for an overnight visit waiting for a cruise. Would stay here again!
