Disgusting. We were so disappointed from the moment we walked in. Bugs on the lamps and dead bugs in the bathroom on the floor. They only have staff for a few hrs and she was late to help us. I didn’t receive the code to the building so we had to enter through a random bar after walking around the hotel multiple times. So disappointed with the staff. There was a broom in the room they wanted us to clean because they don’t hire staff. The lobby and elevator also smelt really bad.

The place is expensive for what has to offer. The halls are not nice, the elevator has a million years, there is no front desk, no cleaning… overall, even when the price is kind of cheap for the location, it is still expensive, better options around. I wouldn’t come back again!

My family and I really liked and had a safe time while staying here and we WILL be back next year for our annual family vacation. What we didn't like was nothing, Lizeth and her staff was wonderful! 💯☺️

Great location on Collins near Ocean Drive in the heart of South Beach (11th and Collins) . 5 of us were on 1st floor, great room with mini kitchen (stove, big fridge, microwave, dishes, cups cutlery) , unfortunately it was small for storage and having the ability to hanging wet clothes to dry. Room was clean, washroom was tidy with hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, shower and water pressure were amazing. Did not see any pests which was good. Beds were ok but mattresses need an upgrade for sure. Can't complain as the price was great for hotel and was on budget. Don't expect 5 star but just enough to be comfortable if you are just planning to spend night. Luisa, the receptionist was amazing, they have beach umbrellas you can ask for so you can take on beach. You can also use their beach chairs near 14th street (they advised 2 per room but we didn't use the service). They bring fresh beach and bath towels when needed. Highly recommend if you want a budget cost efficient hotel as it was definitely better than I expected.

Our flight got cancelled and we did everything we could to get on another plane but unfortunately everything got sold out. We asked the hotel if we can get a refund since the situation was out of our control but they said “they cannot do anything about it because it’s policy” so they didn’t issue a refund. I hope hotel policies like this should be changed in the future as in some cases, it’s not the customers’ fault why they can’t go through with the booking.

There were no stuff on the property so it was really hard to reach them and get things done because you have to use the passcode to get into the property and the room as well. Apart from that everything was smooth. The room was neat & clean.

It was an Average hotel, they don’t show you the hallway paintings in the pictures when booking, definitely not a family/ kid friendly hotel. All they give you is a couple towels and no extra blankets. Definitely a loud place to stay at since lousy at night but on top of that they are doing a lot of construction in the hotel so do not expect to rest with all that banging next door at 8 in the morning. Saw a couple cockroaches but I guess what’s to expect since restaurant/ bar is downstairs. Parking they say is $20 a night, it’s definitely NOT $20, it’s $40 a night. We had to park on 7th street so a couple blocks down to get cheaper parking. Would I recommend staying in this hotel? Definitely not lol but if you are looking for a cheaper hotel & don’t care about noise then I think you should be fine, the room wasn’t dirty but they do not give you the room you book. If you are looking for a family friendly stays I suggest you staying in first - fifth street since it’s quite.

So close to the beach! Fun artwork on the stairwell. Nice they turned the AC on before we got there so it was comfortable coming in from the humid heat. Good mid-size fridge. Really nice they provided shower towels and beach towels. Bed was comfortable.

I liked the fact it was like a small studio with the kitchen, but the kitchen had roaches. And they had 2 Queen beds but one bed is directly in front of the a/c and it’s hard to feel air when you have multiple people in the room. Otherwise it was cool, convenient to everything and walking distance to the beach, 1 block over. Parking is crazy but they provide a cheaper covered parking 3 blocks up the road. So that was a little inconvenient but we didn’t use our vehicle the 3 days we was there.
