Mint House stays are always pretty amazing. However, there could be better/clearer instructions about the utilization of the Keyton’s for the rooms and entrance/exit to the building and for use of the elevators. If you do not know to bring it with, you won’t be able to get in and out or use the elevators. Also, this was the first time there was a warning about the thermostat. I was notified later that the thermostat is set to a certain temperature and if you change it, you’re responsible for setting it back to where you found it upon entering. It would’ve been great to know that before checking in. Communication is something that needs to be improved so there are clear expectations at the property prior to checking in.

The property was very nice, modern and clean. It is in a building with security and someone to assist with needs. Good location. Street Parking was not very easy, however there is a valet service out front.

The room itself was great. Spectacular view, great value, and excellent location. Getting into the room could not have been more challenging/ frustrating. Nobody at the property knew anything and the experience was so unpleasant it is likely I will never stay at a Mint House ever again.

The Apartment is nice an also the pool. the rooms are big and modern with all the stuff you need. it is really nice. we liked it! the checkin took us 1 hour. it didn’t function first. also some other guests had the same problem. we had no keyflob and so i called 3 times the customer service and send 1 email. still we didn’t get that keyflob. without the keyflob you can’t enter the building and the poolarea.

Everything was great except for the fact that the key FOB for the elevator was missing, luckily I was on a trip with some friends and their room had the key so I was able to leave and come whenever they did. I tried contacting customer support and ask for the key to which they replied they'd send someone to my room within an hour which didn't happen within that hour and I had to leave since I had plans and couldn't just wait forever. Also the TV was not functioning properly, had some sort of error connecting and wouldn't let me do anything besides turning it on and off. Otherwise everything else was amazing.

Good location with nice gym and pool, the room was fine but all the little things were poor. Our fob for the lift did work for the entire stay, nor did the lights in our room. We asked for more towels (we only had one between two of us) and that room 3 days to come.
