Sehr schönes Hotel. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Leider konnte der Room Service nicht ganz mithalten, Das Zimmer wurde einmal gar nicht und ansonsten im Schnellgang gemacht. Longdrinks an der Poolo Bar sind nicht zu empfehlen, sind Fertigdrinks aus der Flasche und 17$ für einen Margarita im Plastikbecher ist schon übertrieben Besonders geschätzt haben wir, dass am Check-Out Tag nicht nur ein Aufbewahrungsraum für die Koffer sondern auch Duschen und ein Aufenthaltsraum zur Verfügung stand. Haben uns dort jederzeit wilkommen gefühlt.

Insgesamt war es ein toller Aufenthalt. Das Personal am Checkin war freundlich aber etwas unbeholfen manchmal.Das restliche Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Sehr saubere und neue Zimmer.

Sehr schönes Hotel an sehr Zentraler Lage. Der Lincln Road und der Ocean Drive sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Rund um das Hotel hat es viele Shops und Restaurants. Walgreens und CVS gleich nebenan. Das Personal im Hotel ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend alle unsere Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Die Zimmer sind genug gross und schön ausgestattet. Lediglich die Sauberkeit könnte ein bisschen besser werden. Im Bad hatte es die ganze Woche über Staub auf den Ablageflächen. Die Poolalage ist wunderschön und für die Hotelgäste stehen Liegen inkl. Badetücher gratis zur verfügung. Nur den Sonnenschirm muss man bezahlen, wenn man ihn auf haben will (19$) Alles in Allem ein sehr schönes Hotel bei dem ich sicher wieder gehen würde.
