Everything was as advertised. We loved the beach access and beach service. The room was cleaned daily. The only problem we had was there was only one very small elevator working the whole time for a building with 11 floors.

This is our second time here and it was another amazing stay. Staff are friendly, amenities are plentiful, and the location can’t be beat. Had a great time with the piano man event on Christmas Eve too!

The rooms had adjoining doors which made privacy non existence. I changed rooms to avoid the noise but each room i could hear the neighbor as if they were in my room. There was only one elevator in service which made for crowded elevator and long wait times. I did enjoy their pool area and the staff was very friendly and attentive.

Great property with Maintenance handicap
This property has been renovated. Great beds, showers and house keeping. The weather was not great so could not use pool or beach. There was only one elevator functioning in the tower for both guests and service. It was challenging.

Nice property and the Pool is wonderful. Location is great and Lincoln road is a short walk away. Staff is very friendly and professional. The only issue is that one of the two elevators broke down two days into my stay so get up to and down from room was a very slow at times.

We arrived on a late flight and were greeted right away, given any information we needed including recommendations for drinks and dining at the late hour. Breakfast was incredible as was the morning swim. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed every minute.
