The apartment was clean and looked new. Did not like that the 2nd bed was in a closet and that we couldn’t put a lock on the door to the room from inside. Would have felt safer that way

We came here to evacuate from hurricane with our little one and were glad we had everything we needed. The layout was perfect. Spacious for us 3 and could even fit more if needed. The kitchen was useful as we had to cook most of the food we had to evacuate with. Minor annoyance was that there was no baking pan or tray so using the oven was challenging. We had to buy an aluminium foil tray at store nearby. The shower was incredible. Hottest most strongest shower we've ever had. I'll miss that. Controlling the ac was easy. I wish there were better blackout curtains in living room bc Miami is super bright at night. Other than that we were very pleased with the decor and cleanliness. The washer dryer in unit was also a huge help. Hopefully we can stay there again under better circumstances

A real jem of a find!
This was a last minute booking due to hurricane Milton hitting Tampa, but this wa a ray of sunshine in a dark! On arrival the staff were so helpful & then when we walked in, WOW! The kitchen was a full size one , a walk in wardrobe that was bigger than our spare room, great bathroom and a roof top pool. The apartments are right in the middle of mid town, with great food options.

Hurricane Evacuation Stay
Condo was in a very convenient location easy to walk to stores/restaurants about a10 min walk. Check in/out was easy. Lobby had a store to purchase drinks, food ect. Our condo had great views. The layout of the condo was nice for a family. Kitchen had plates, silverware ect all that you need to make a meal. But they charge a cleaning fee and the condo could have used a good overall cleaning.. floor under bar stools had crumbs and pieces of food under them. Kitchen table had something sticky all over it. Black dirt/dust all around the vents and on the wall. Floor was so dirty the kids feet and our socks were black on bottom. Over had food stuck in the door. Shower curtain rod would stay up it slid down the wall .. when you would pull the shower curtain back it falls comp off the wall. Windows open without a screen (12th floor) very dangerous for children they need to add a safety lock at least to protect children . Hard to understand why we are charged a cleaning fee when we had to clean the tables, floor, kitchen cabinets and the front of the dishwasher washer had what looked like food and drink poured down the front. Bathroom Faucets were spotted and had pinkish mold around the base (i cleaned that). Knocked webs down in the closet. Basically i went through and wiped the entire kitchen. Once we wiped down the condo and clean up a few untidy areas we enjoyed our stay and the area. Almost forgot the swimming pool was very nice with nice views. I have pictures unable to a

The worst experience of our life BEWARE !!!! Staff walks in your unit w/o permission also another incident we caught another staff member unlocking our unit but the way NOMADA staff reacted when we reported it made us call the police they don’t respect you or your money after it’s in their pocket save your self the stress they won’t address issues or give you management's info just the same rude lady dismissing her staffs behavior until a video surfaced then they refused to speak over the phone

We had a fantastic 8 night stay at Nomada Residences in Miami. The apartment was wonderful - it was clean, spacious and provided all the amenities that we needed during our time there. The location is great and was an excellent base for exploring Miami. The apartment had parking which was an invaluable addition - the parking space was easy to find and had ample room for our hire car which was a fairly large SUV. We didn’t use the gym but it was clean and had plenty of equipment. The pool was much larger than I expected and was always clean and had a lot of seating available whenever we used it. Overall I would absolutely come back & would thoroughly recommend. Thank you for a great stay!

This property has many rules. However it is clean, private and has many amenities that adults and kiddos can benefit from. I would definitely revisit.
