The pictures are not accurate. The biggest reason we picked this hotel was because it was supposed to be in walking distance to some of the pictures that they had and it’s not. They claim that before 2020 they had a service that took you to the places that’s why the pictures are still on there, but they don’t have the service anymore. The food was terrible. Bartenders were extremely rude. The only nice thing was the pool and the view of the ocean.

Javier did a follow up call to make sure we received the crib, he also answered the call phone twice when I called to ask about the shuttle. I’m a leader in a large hotel chain and these are things we look for in our staff. I called down to ask about food options and he was the one who gave the information about the hours and options. Downside: The beds are very worn down and sink on both sides of the king bed. The middle was fine but you can definitely tell that the springs are worn down and it makes for uncomfortable night’s sleep. The overnight agent gave us a complimentary 1PM checkout (which really helped with a newborn) but housekeeping knocked on the door around 4 or 5 times. Each time I came out they were already gone. I’m not sure if this was a strategy or a reminder but each time way before 1:00PM. I came out and I saw the cleaning cart outside my door and I looked at the cleaning sheet. Our room was not listed as a late checkout on her sheet. I waited for her to come out of the room across the hall and let her know were checking out at 1:00PM. She was very nice and understanding. I would stay here again for sure based on the staff and the location, free airport shuttle and affordable parking if you are catching a flight.

Every member of the staff I encountered was professional and friendly. They were also ver helpful. Where the Pullman Miami Airport hotel lost me was the room. I let the sleeve of a sweatshirt dangle to the floor overnight and woke up to a dirty drenched sleeve. The Flores in the room were leaking some water of brown substance. We notified the staff but couldn’t stay for any resolution because we were cursing out of the Miami port that day. Anything that touched the floor was wet after a few minutes. Just unsatisfactory.

I did like it being close to the airport but our check in was terrible and our room was at the very end of the floor we were on Plus the hotel advertised a restaurant there open for dinner. It didn’t 😩😩😩 No hot water
