Very spacious. Our view of lagoon outside our room was amazing the lobby on two floors was beautiful. It was a rainy day and could not enjoy the pool area. It looked amazing

The property is libely. Love the free shuttle from the airport and also shuttle to the cruise ship at a small fee. The chexkin was flawless and we got complimenrary drink upon areival and an upgrade room as we booked through expedia i believe. However, i did feel that i irriatated a staff think his name is Daniel at the bar. When i gave him the voucher for the drink he did not look happy. He took the voucher and rudely said what cocktail do you want? Ofcourse i responded polietly i do not know can you help me as i do not know what you offer. He gave me the options which were not cocktail. Wine, beer etc. He poured out some wine into a glass.just a small bit from a bottle that was sitting in the fridge for a while as when i tasted it, it was watery. I mentioned this to him and said thw deink was flat had no taste. By then he responded what do you mean? This is wine. It cant be flat its not champagne. But i am sure he knew what i meant by saying flat. He debated with me a bit until i said its okay no worries. By then he said i can pour you anothwr glass. I said thanks When i tasted it i polietly said ahh this one is much better. He never responded..i said it 3 times he ignored me and continued talking to my husband. I am an experienced manager working at a five star resort and i would be surpised if my staff treated a guest like this. I felt like he was upaet that the deink was free. Thats just my opinion.

Nice place. Convenience of the airport shuttle was an added benefit. Pool was beautiful and food was great. The only thing bad was the ice machine not working on the 6th floor. Easy enough to go up a floor and get it there though.

The lobby was beautiful and well decorated. But the room and pool were definitely dated and had been through quite a bit of wear-and-tear. There was a mangy cat colony that lived in the pool area, which normally wouldn’t bother me that much. But these cats were diseased-looking and took over a whole section of the pool area in the middle of the day. I even saw a hotel employee go out to feed them. The rest of the usable pool area was littered with mismatched used towels that no one had come by to clean up all day so there was only one or two seats available and clean to use. Other pool seating was uncomfortable, cushions were completely deflated or ripped. The pool itself wasn’t all that clean and had mildew growing in the corner. Our room was nice and the bed was comfortable so overall, it was a decent place to stay for the price, but I wouldn’t stay for more than a night or two in passing through the area. The location was convenient but parking was surprisingly very tough to find even though we payed the $30 a night. Seems like it was a really nice place once, just past it’s prime.

So the pictures are not accurate. We had to request towels, an iron even though there was an ironing board in the room. Dining was NOT available (closed). This property is OUTDATED…plugs and some lights did not work. It felt like we were at MOTEL 6

We had to change room three times. The first one was all dirty hair on the bathroom second room had mold all over the windows, curtains were dirty and the little sofa they had in the room had boogers all over. and the third room, we could open the faucet in the Shower was broken. It was terrible. I will not stay there again.
