Cruise Stay
Me and my husband went on our honeymoon cruise after the cruise we stayed in Miami to visit my daughter in college. The hotel is super clean which i loved. The customer service is not good could be better. The gentleman at the desk told me the restaurant closed at ten. I went downstairs to get food at 830 and it was closed. That was irritating but Overall it was a good stay.

Upon arrival I received 2 double beds, however description on Expedia advertised 2 queen beds in the room. I asked front desk and was told they do not have queen beds. I was very dissatisfied about this. Expedia needs to update this description on the hotel’s page. The room smelled old as well. I believe the carpet needs to be ripped out and flooring replaced with tiles. The ac blew directly in my husbands face while he slept and this was uncomfortable for him., The ac was off for most of the night. Food was fantastic at the bar. Overall my stay was okay, however the room needs serious upgrading!
