I really like the property and had a good stay at Residence Inn… my 2 issues are: 1. They need a proper lobby entrance… to be honest that is ridiculous! There is no space to walk from the parking area directly to the lobby… they have placed a planter where there should be a walkway. So when you get dropped off or picked up at the lobby with luggage… there is absolutely no where to pass to carry you luggage. Cars are parked tightly on either side of the lobby also. That planter needs to be cut down and a concrete path created so people wilth luggage etc can access the lobby. 2nd… I did not realise that they only clean the room every other day - which I am actually fine with, but I was not aware and was wondering what was happening… front desk should inform every guest when they check in! The Good: rooms are great will full mini kitchen, seating area and sleeping area.The breakfast is good and is free. The atmosphere of the hotel seems very warm and homelike. I would stay again… but get a outdoor walkway to the lobby please

All services provided were superb. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We took the shuttle to the mall and received our packages with ease.

I was very disappointed in my stay. The hot water in my room as not working properly and needed to be fixed. Then, the air conditioning stopped working and I woke up at 2am in a very hot room. The night desk clerk did give me another room to sleep in. In the morning, I requested at the front desk for someone to contact me to let me know the status, since I would be working very late. Fortunately, everything was fixed. But it was disappointing that I never heard any updates or even a call from the manager for these significant issues during my stay. Breakfast was medicre at best, but at least something to have on the go. The rooms themselves seemed spacious and clean.

We are so grateful for this hotel! We were stranded by American Airlines (canceled the last minute when we flew from PHL). We didn't want to stay a whole night in the airport. This met all of the criteria (great rating, reviews and transportation). We booked the room quickly, my husband called, and they sent a driver right away. The bed was so comfortable, the best sleep in a long time. Perfect pillows. We didn't want to leave. The kitchen came with everything. No regrets! They also have a big variety for breakfast, but we grabbed and go to get to the airport early. They were kind from the beginning to checking out. We will stay again if we ever stay in the location. Thank you for the great service! It is hard to find these days.

Four days with NO hot water, I mentioned it to desk every day, and promises went unfulfilled. The convenience of them having a shuttle was great if it didn’t take them 45 minutes to pick you up or drop you off at the right place. No meat thermometers to use for your meat on the grill. Was a bummer. My chicken I had to bring it in and finish cooking over the stove. Barely any flames on the grill. And breakfast eggs needed to be cooked more. My daughter now has her stomach messed up.
