It wasn’t bad but it definitely needs a facelift. We had a king size. The tub had patches on it. The wood plank on the floor was separating. I cannot stress how this place needs a facelift.

I wish I would have spent a little more to get a better hotel. The staff was great and it was clean but the building itself is rough and falling apart.

My reservation was for 3 nights. The first night I listening to the tv and fell asleep. I always turn my phone off after I am finished with it. I did that on night one. I woke up on day 2 and was in the process of taking a shower when three women who were were Rodeway started banging on my door at about half past ten in the morning. I shouted to them that I was in the shower. And they kept banging. At night when I sleep in a hotel, I like to listen to the tv and usually fall asleep. I did this on that night. The sound was 45 or 49. So I answered the door after leaving the shower, and one of the female said that I had to leave. At the front desk a few minutes later, I asked why I needed to leave. I was told that someone complained that my tv was too loud and that the personnel had tried to call me, and that I did not answer the phone (my phone was turned off). The hotel woman said that they had called the police on me. My calls do record that around midnight that did try to call me. The police is something that I cannot confirm. I told hotel woman that I would turn the volume down, but she said that she wanted me to leave. So I left at eleven that morning. I also called you office inquiring about getting a refund for the two nights that I was refused by the hotel. Your office told me that I would receive $176 refund. I do not believe that story about the tv being too loud, but I did not argue with hotel.

Old, not updated at all, mold smell, toilet not flushing, and then when fixed , flushing took for ever. No toiletries. Tv didn’t work, fixed the next day. Hair dryer didn’t work. 2nd day when come back to the hotel, no towels. Floors in the rooms in bad condition. The staff at the front desk was nice, but they could not do anything about the complains. Other guests were complaining as well about the condition of the rooms. Hope they reported the visitors complains.Expedia should not represent hotels like this, make people doubt if use you for their accommodations. Thank you

I just found that staff could have been a little more friendly. Usually when walking around a hotel staff will always say hello even if English is not their primary language. Yea the hotel is out dated but it was the perfect price for what I needed and convenient location to what I needed

the hotel is located in a nice clean area closed to a Link rail station. The front desk charged my credit card a fee of less than 3 USD nevertheless the room was prepaid with Expedia and the condition of the rooms and hotel are outdated. I didn't ask why the fee is charged nor if it will be refunded. WIFI didn't work or exist. rooms and bathrooms are outdated.

The room that we have it’s very old, the door in the bathroom and the vanity door were broken. Very noisy, you can hear everything, when I say everything is everything from your neighbors, HORRIBLE…No microwave, no coffee machine and no fridge. I feel that I paid to much money for an old and basic hotel.

Staff with no interest in making your stay pleasant. No ice bucket in room-no cups avalable in room nor @ the front desk-stained bed sheets-leaking sink-loud noises throughout the night-sent by front desk to get drinking water @gas station 2.5 blocks away (vending machine broken) no real channels available on 22" non smart tv set-can't rrally tell you for sure but I think a night in jail may have been more comfortable.

Hidden Gem in Coral Gables

This hotel does not get the respect it actually deserves and I had a very enjoyable stay. The location is ideal and very walk friendly and all of the staff were extremely nice and attentive.
